This solution for the next unending conflict of uncertain outcome but for certain the infection which can spread much further than the Balcans area is definitely a Witchdoctor opinion and as it seems , very hard to accept for anybody. But it is completely consistent with the framework Witchdoctor is pursuing in this blog.
First of all, there should be a referendum in this five , six , seven villages and places near the half confirmed borders between Kosovo and Serbia where this ,as it seems, 97% majority of Serbs is living. Under the supervision of the EU and the UN the referendum will decide if this villages want to join Serbia or stay in Kosovo. At the same time, after the RESULT, the Serbia govt and the Kosovo govt have obligatory to sign the treaty of mutually recognized borders and the existence of the two State entities.. For ever.

The religious Serbian Ortodox places in Kosovo should have the special status like Jerusalem once had in the Israel Arab territory. This special Jerusalem status was squandered for the future warmongering ad infinitum by Trump, Israel and the USA and other pals. So, happy times for them, there.

To avoid this shit of infection, places like Peč and similar should gain the special status for worship and the autonomy it goes with this status , seemingly sooo important for the Serbs.
By the way, when Witchlady will establish finally the new cargo cult religion of the “Holy navel”, the place where it will be worshiped, a New Stonehenge, will have the same status. Same goes even for some “Atheist Church” wherever it will take place.
