Dear reader, hi there WD, this post is about something else, a sort of semantic context language problem, for a start:
The English language is inherently imperial and lacks all tools of subtlety to define anything worth it.
Since this post will review the latest ugly development, a sort of Witchdoctor sequel of the Jeffrey A Winters book- “ Oligarchy” and subsequent ( this are all Latin origin words, folks!) display of the bad times coming, Witchdoctor has to start with the WORDS which define the context and how they lead or branch by inner default in completely different directions of unspoken context behind.. .
The conclusion put forward is that the Vocabulary (Latin word again) of the West Imperial English is a systemic failure concerning all manifestations (Latin again) of power and rule and all words lacking in imperial English to describe the late debt driven economy capitalism.
There are other languages which become lost in translation which define much better the Dominus of the current stage of economy. German is one of the first with its concept of word forming by making a carriage of words which become a new concept. Sounds Chinese?
Incredibly, yes, absolutely unglaublich, ha, it seems to WD that one of the smallest languages on the planet, Slovenian, spoken by 2 million people, is better equipped in defining the Power Structure than the English Imperial. By the way, this huge language muddle called English which in fact is a pidgin language which has to thank the Roman empire to bringing 70% of words in it and the best English writer considering the use of the words with Latin origin in English is Anthony Burgess who is the rare man in mastering this mix.

In Slovenian there are two pillars: Oblast in (and ) Moč. The second is easy, it means Power, Macht , Potere, Pouvoir..

German Herrschaft is near, but look there, incredible, for that Slovenian has another word- Gosposka, a bbunch of ugly bad gentleman calling themselves lords or a kind of haha Seignorage robbers.. Then there is Gospostvo which in German is again Herrschaft and we can see the poorness of this languages compares to tiny mouse dropping- Slovenian.. They are all Imperial languages and it never came to the mind of this colonial ubermensch, overlords, to define themselves while their serfs had no fantasy to mock or define them with words. German Gewallt is not bad and Obrigkeit is vgood, and anyway we all know why philosophy was and is strong in Germany- they have words, tons of them to express the thoughts, while the English are pidgin mechanics.
In fact, to Grasp the Pillar called Oblast ( forget the ruski pidgin similar word ) , the only way near it, is the word OVERLORD, not as a person but as a ruling continuity..Overlordship. The strange case of the ruler:
Ruler in German is lineal. That is the right thing, and the English word ruler used for measurement is a perfect proof of the Imperial language of Masters.
In Slovenian the ruler is ravnilo, which is a flatten-er or straightener, it comes from something flat which can be measured, pretty Euclidean and nothing to do with Power or Overlordship. See?
Here we have the major bifurcation of meaning and this word- Ruler- Lineal- Ravnilo- leads in a language other than English into a completely opposite context and semantics. Vladar is the Ruler in political sense in Slovenian. One who Governs, governement.Vladar is a flow word and not one who rules by measurement, which is his own and not mine.

Oblast – Overlordship, has the same problem in French. Is is pouvoir- power and that is another proof of the authoritarian imperial language which makes no distinctions and so no prisoners, ha. Autorites ( Fr) is a poor word for such a big problem.

The debt of the State makes everybody liable directly (taxes) and indirectly – through austerity – cutting health pensions funding, investments, etc…
After the Washington Consensus, even the blind monkey could have seen the demise of the State.
