A few hundred- 200- 300 euros more of wage compared to wellfare or to a minimum wage amounts makes a worker to be obliged to pay income taxes , no more rent help, no free kindergartens or similar social services. The Worker suddenly earns less than if doing nothing or being on minimum wage and for less money he is bullied by his bosses like some do in Slovenia.
Same goes in the KUSA as Wd talked to some americans and they said they preferred to not have a pay rise since this rise make their insurance and income tax costs so high that they begged the boss to not promote them!
On the other hand the Sates withot the minimum wage law witness the race to the bottom of the wages.

Now, as you definitely know, the left parties were delirious by such just and equal solution. 30 days a year means that every person renting to tourists will close down his business since 30 days of preparing, advertising is not worth the cake as in 30 days you can not fill the apartment to make a profit. So, citizens who invested in this business, elderly pensioners, retired, or anyone who wants to make an extra dollar or euro by renovating an empty flat because children left even abroad or the parents died, or one bought for investment as it is legal to posses a few euros at least until today , but the Davos men, especially on the so called left side of politics suddenly found out that the private small ownership is not good, onlly the wise corporations and mega players are the right thing for the new order.
Did you get it: in Austerity mood when there are tens of thousand of flats missing , there will be no Vienna style social housing investment by the local councils or the Government, no, the cheapest way to get this flats is to prohibit de facto renting to the tourists and so the free ownership. So, by a miracle law , this owners, physical persons and not the real estate players which are free to do as they please since they are untouchable pals of the serfs in the power,will provide for the social housing the government is not wanting to do or invest in, due to some fiscal constraints by the EU TROIKA messengers of balanced budget which will make the unbalanced budget out of this mega ideas.. Or because they follow the plan of the Davos Man which is ; “ you will own nothing”.
Well, never mind even Yanis Varufakis proposed this utter bollocks for Greece and see how he got elected for a nowhere mp, and how the far right govt won and made not one social flat for the people in need.
Now, this flats will never be back on the market if not in some very small numbers. All this super furnished flats will never go for social renting for one simple reason; in Slovenia, if something goes broke in the apartment for rent, by law, like the toilet flush used every day by the renter, or a fridge or whatever, is a duty of the owner to get it repaired . So. Who will fill the flat with all fancy appliances which the social renter will break sooner or later and then the owner will have to repair: nobody. By by Nespresso and George Clooney, who else.

If one counts the collateral of restaurants and jobs linked to this industry, the austerity move to force people to rent for social housing their property will make even more polarization and the fuck off index will rise even more.
But they will put new taxes on the property, for social reasons of equality, in this case on 70% of Slovenians who own their house and for some far fetched equality or budget balance they will pay even more property taxes, which will rise the rents for sure… Or they will be forced to sell to some corporation which will buy off Slovenia after the tea break.

In recent years the possibility- freedom to self build a house became so tightly regulated that this became impossible. Once upon the time in the last centuries the Slovenians used self building with the help of the family, relatives or friends and neighbors to make their homes. This is now almost impossible. Only the required survey inspector which has to survey the works which are all regulated by a building plan might cost for doing nothing over 20.000 euros. And ten thousand of migrants come and , many places in the EU, the local authorities beat the hell out of them, send them back to retry again or send them somewhere else in the Eu and the austerity is making the shit happen and the srfs fight each other.
The Public administration has cut its work tasks in so much salami slices to keep them occupied for life to seem busy that this slicing is so monstrously huge and they can not any more fulfill all this self invented tasks for their self proliferation and self conservation drive that they finally choked in their own salami slicing machine of tasks on tasks on a mountain of papers. Now they strike because they want more money for slicing and more people to be employed to slice the salami of the squandered State and no economic policy can ever fix this without disbanding the apparatus for good.. Apparatus, which is its own end and means plus the guarantee of the Davos Man to control the serfs.

When electric is cheap the block is moved up by electric power, when , at night or in winter, it is expansive or lacking, slide the cement block down in the tower and so make electricity! The peak consumption can be regulated much better with electric gas plants which in minutes make the peak power or a stable grid. The Nuclear can not do it. It can NEVER STOP, so it makes electricity even when there is plenty which is a debt driven economy classic and also it can not be boosted from a halt for a peak grid problems… Gas plants for stabilizing the grid are the solution for a few decades of transition. They cost much, much less and are through building, life and decommissioning cycle much more carbon neutral than a nuke.

As you do not know, until year 2024 the private solar production was by law regulated on a net metering base in the EU. This means that in a year period of 12 months the consumption and production of solar electricity was accounted. If in winter the persons made less solar electricity for their households or companies, they compensated the loss in summer when they made a lot. Now, yes, one stroke of law changed it. Witchdoctor TOLD you that law is the place where the Oligarchy makes money, power and control. And this is not liberal, nor free market.
Now the new scam of the feed in and feed out ( in and out of the grid) of the energy produced is counted on MONTHLY BASIS. This means that in winter times, when there is not enough sun one has to buy electricity for consumption and in Summer Months one has to give it for free into the Electric Oligarchy grid because there is not enough home consumption but the solar keeps producing in excess. Because the amounts are not net metered anymore, there is no way to compensate the lack of energy in winter with too much energy in summer on a yearly basis as it used to be. So if a person invested 10.000 euros for e heating pump for heating, plus 15.000 for a solar plant, this money is worthless in winter since he has to buy the electricity from the Oligarchy grid. In Summer this investment is worthless too, since electricity produced in surplus- excess is given to the grid Oligarchy for free because of the overproduction , or even worse, it has a negative price, which means that a person producing electricity has to PAY to give it in the grid!
If the persons, small companies want to circumvent this, they have to install minimum 30- 60 kilowatts of batteries for a cost from 15.000- 30.000 euros up. This covers maybe half a day of heating storage capacity in winter time and makes no big sense in summer! So, the cost of this is over 40.000- 55.000 euros minimum and the effect with the new law regulations is: We the people have thrown money out of the window, for fun!
Witchdoctor and Witchlady are in the old net metering scheme with a 10 kw battery and they are already in April with the surplus compared to their consumption!. That means, looking it macro, that solar electricity, apart from the paleolithic designed Oligarchy grid problems, is super competitive and at almost no cost! Wait when they change it. Result of this is that almost nobody is installing solar plants this year which has also occupational economic impact and wait when the Oligarchy monopoly will raise prices of electricity!.

In the 21st century there was a talk about green and circular economy. It is gone in the wind. Instead we are back to completely nonsensical economy which even in medium term will produce only collapse. And make even bigger social divide within the collapsing societies fabric..

RUSSIA VS EUROPE- THE THIRLD WAR BULLSHIT

The hype , made and provoked by the Tzar and his European trolls says that Ruski will invade Europe, very soon. Well folks, it is pure bullshit. Not that the Ruski do not want to invade, on the contrary, the Ruski entropic moment is searching the way out through escalation and so thinking of extending his own deadline of bitter ending through expansion.
But the bullsshit lies in the fact that ruski have not and never will have enough means and manpower to control and invade Europe. The numbers of troops, SS troops ruski style is too big for them, the policing , control and surveillance of the European land is impossible. That is why ruski are building quisling armies of locals within the EU. Only the complacent quisling Vichy type of local governemnts can make possible the ruski influence to invade Europe. There are already ruski complacent Governemnts in place, or a sort of ( oh, not again!) neutral mishmash rulers. That is why the ruski are doing all possible to install the far right or right or so called souveranist- which are not souveranist but pure traitors of the cause-hijackers-
in power. The reasons are twofold: the sympathetic Vichy Quislings will close an eye for some local outskirts ruski invasion of EU and also they are the ONLY WAY how by proxy- with the local Vichy quislings- the ruski can Control Europe.
There is too much police ant troops needed and too much surveillance officers and CEOs which ruski do not have and having this ruski SS on the EU ground is counterproductive.. But seizing power through this right and far right movements is a card to play, since this Quislings and collaborators can locally seize power and control as proxies and implement throught the local States police, army , surveillance etcetera the ruski agenda..
The European war mongering is only partially justifiable. All rest is a European agenda of the current EU Oligarchy which plans to install fear and submission again on the EU soil, since Covid 19 was not enough.
And implement even harsher Austerity on the populace with the escuse of the upcoming War. WHICH IS THE SAME AGENDA THE PRO RUSKI FAR RIGHT MOVEMENTS HAVE IN MIND if they size power!
