The slight difference between the brain dead west compared to the south or east is in the property rights. While the west is having almost absolute property rights, where property can be extended to all native DNA structure of the plants in your garden , forest, even the mechanisms of photosynthesis is patented as property right of some corporation and so all things alive or dead, the East and South work mostly on property claims. Why on Earth was Witchdoctor thinking, weeks ago, about the origins of Evil and the faint provenience of Good while he was sitting on a few kilometers of empty pebbled beach with not one so called “human” around in sight? The third is that they are evil by default. And that they in their acting sooner or later are led by various reasons to do evil as a collateral fact, because that is the normal side effect of any human production…

As we can see, any option has the exactly the same outcome result – Evil is and human perverts gladly use it.. It is normal. See what the property claims could do in the middle east.

In the light of all this history , where all the human thinking has stopped and the perverts are brain dead for Ignorance or Purpose,, there is the Question at the beginning:
The Question is not where the Evil comes from, But, Where the Good comes from?
The answer is: BY the Balance of Powers between the actors involved.

The next stage is the Checks and Balances, where the actors involved give power to a mechanism sometimes called democracy, where the evil is judged by the third hopefully independent party and the checks and balances are enacted to prevent as much evil as the system allows. Do not forget that the ruling class or ruling oligarchy has the checks and balances geared in a way to profit from this control and the good is intermittent light giving some peace and tranquility.
The Checks and balances can be expanded in bigger participation between the actors, not only by some 4 years count on the more or less fake elections and total asymmetry of needed information to support any real checks and balances, but can be done in referendums , strict rules of law and mechanisms of control of inequality in all senses, digital participation, assembly, recall, participative economy and decisions, etc etc. Things that not even the best democracy has implemented yet.
So, good comes when the balance of powers between actors, classes, groups , minorities, sexes., etc, is strictly regulated and evil has no free ride.
And the Transparency of all public acts and private property rights or claims , with the transparent money flow, debt free.

The Real Good comes in the next stage into existence when all actors involved are POWERLESS and can not do harm to each other.. Government and the ruling class included.
Because, the classless society is not on tracks for a long time to come, so a sort of ruling class in complete check of constraints is still in the cards..

In this stage and in this way we have to think good not from the top down stages listed, but from the bottom stage. From this certainly ideal stage where the actors involved are totally powerless we have to invent and enact the stage which is most Practical with the highest degrees of freedom for the actors to pursue their lives in peace.

Now, the pilot wave boundaries are clear.

The whole tourist industry especially in Slovenia, in other EU big towns historic places, even by the sea side is based on majority of tourists visiting for 1 or 2 days. 3 days looks as a decent stay. 4 days are a small number of exceptions, 5 days are a miracle, 7 or 8 days are a sighting of Madonna or any Saint!
It was staggering, as Somebodies, when they decide to travel, stay for 3,4 5, 6 7, not Days, Weeks! Spending even less than this non persons all equal regardless of sex, religion, and wealth.

THE INTERMEDIATE CONCLUSION

The hordes of the new generations up to 40 years are traveling, not by bus or by train in this specific cases, but by car and maybe sometimes by overloaded public transport in the maddening heat. For a day or two here, day there two days somewhere. So , many places which boast the number of nights the tourist spent there are boasting about a disaster.

THE QUESTION OF GENTRIFICATION

As we can see, this pattern makes the local people , local arts and crafts, shops and all, disappear.
But, dear route 66 followers there is a simple remedy to all this nightmare. Because for the people living in this tourist places this is a nightmare of smells , sounds, big crowds making selfies on the planned specific BRANDED spots (on this later).

When Somebodies went to visit Rome, 2 WEEKS were not enough to barely see a small fraction of the major things to be seen! 6 days in Venice was a joke, so Somebodies had to return again and again, not for a day or two,. APARTMENT – THE NON PLACE FOR NON PERSONS

He restrains to the maximum. Because the show of his taste might be and is dangerous for the business! The tourists very likely might not book. So, to be really productive, this 16% a week bigger production will have to be sold. Mind, at the same price as the other 5 days production. So, if there is a demand on a monthly basis of 3% more goods at the same price then , apart for forcing chickens, cows, tomatoes and potatoes to give and grow more on Saturday, the thing may be useful. If the demand is weaker than the offer (production) there will be a worse effect: the goods will be sold at a lower price than they have it normally. So, to give in solidarity a day of the week production is, ha, a fine propaganda or a loss of income for the business.
The best fantastic case is the State Public Administration; they will finally start working, on Saturday! But, as you may know, this people are paid from the State Budget. So, the day they will “work” “more” which is yet to be proven scientifically in God knows which measurement mechanism , this day will be paid from the State budget and it will go by this loop with a loss of ( that is entropy) of a part of money paid for this “task”. So, the State will have to cover by taxes or by debt this “extra” working Saturday of the public administration from its own budget as a by pass channel invention.. Definitely it would have been more efficient, much more, if this money was transferred from the State budget directly to the people in need.
As for the energy producers, ha, will they produce a sixth more of energy at the same or even higher price?

Who will notice the sliding back of the people standard of living by 15 years when all factors , internal and external , point into a new recession, apart for some growth in public works?

This post is a sort of reaction to the very well written article in the New York Times Magazine by Francesca Mari, some articles in the Slo news paper Delo, Witchdoctor visits to Vienna over the years, and his simil parallel life in building costs, estimates, laws, regulations and profits concerning building and similar…

Funny that the socialist Governements of France never talked with their fellow socialist Mayors ruling Vienna in the last 100 years, especially concerning social housing schemes and how to prevent the concentration of the ethnic groups in certain areas and so prevent to trigger the above “Problem”
Apart from building social housing , at the beginning – 1934, the city planning has much evolved.
The latest trick of preventing the social uniformity- poor and immigrants with the poor and immigrants, middle class with the middle class, etc, Vienna also struck a deal with private builders. If they want to build following the city laws and regulations, they :
have to sell at the building cost plus a defined profit, lets say 20%profit, a big part of the new flats to the city council, while others are sold by the building comp on the free market. In this way the social classes get mixed and the “Problem” is, if not resolved, very mitigated. Or the private builders can invest in social housing non profit companies and receive small interest.. or whatever it takes.
By social housing and mixing the population even in posh hosing , the integration is much better. Vienna does the same with schools and kindergartens, which are non existent for example in the case of Italy.
The 100 years of this policies made Vienna the place where is not necessary at all to buy a flat, 80% of the people pay rent and when the rent for 2 persons is maybe 8% of the monthly income or even 4% for the social housing.. So people in Vienna have money to spend. That is why, when WD goes there, theatre, concerts, cafes, restaurants are always full, not to mention the holidays. TO enter the scheme one has to earn less than 70.000 EUROS A YEAR!

Not to mention the shit social schemes of segregation which are built in Slovenia., and not to mention the 70.000 Euros limit, which is in Slovenia a science fiction income of the very few! And a 4% rent!

What are the real building costs?
Let WD tell you a secret. He made an estimate, valuation, evaluation, assessment , over 100 pages of entries, by the very good professional agency year or two before Covid has begun. So, there were three types of building costs, basic, around 800 euros per square meter, standard, 950-1050, and lux posh (haha) around 1.300 euros per square meter on a base of a 4 storey block with underground garages, about 1000 m2 alltogether. Conformed with all the rules and regulations, land price excluded but this may add max 100 euros in that case on a building cost per m2.
Now, at that time the market price was double or 2,5 times higher than the buliding costs.
If one wanted to add on the building costs a green agenda, solar power, sun heaters for water, non plastic insulation like hemp blocks, or or rice husk blocks insulation, it was 10-15% more expensive! So ,around 1.500 Euros for a m2 in a green building. The official evaluation building profit was around 18%! HHHAAAhahaha, the builders, spindoctors, politics mafa mafia would have killed WD next morning!
To sell a real green house LUX house block for max 2000 euros per m2!
If one makes this on his own patch it can work for .1.500 m2 or max 1.700 euros if you buy the patch. Outrageous. It was dangerously underpriced for the current mafia. It became stinking cheap after COVID when the Prices doubled. For an ex lux ( which by lux means some stupid neomodern touches of, in essence ANTUTILITARIAN solutions) 1.300 euros plus 20% profit, it became 6.000 Euros. !!! Yes you morons, now you know what you buy.
Only a part of the price hike, 25%, is due to rising building costs. So it would be around 2.500 euros posh top notch green. Okay, WD will sell it to you for 2.899 euros, only because it is you. But a thing like that your local pals and your leaders will sell it for 6.999 euros m2. Today. You have calculated WD profit? Well, only a million.

Now GO AND CALCULATE how much is the social cost, your personal cost of Vienna beating you on the whole line.
Go and , yourself and your silent mindset.
WOW, congratulations, it costs you a fortune, but you want to spend even more.

Conclusion: The social unrest and the ghettos constutute a problem which Vienna is trying and achieving the solution day by day. The others are like scavenger dogs feeding on this artificial agenda making careers, money and power out of this misery .Les miserables. In fact the solution is neither “left” or “2Right”, it is only good. The left and right outcry, opposition, fight, manipulation are the planned outcome of an almost non existing and solvable problem. By the way, not so far away, in Slovenia, every village is much better and completely equipped for tackling the fire, repairing roofs after the storms , pumping water out of the flooded houses, etc, etc, They are mostly Voluntary firemen, organized in a territorial net which is covering the whole Slovenia and they come and help from afar if needed. And this fact is a sign of community and everybody in this force is proud to participate and the people have them in highest esteem.
They are equipped for real. The coffee comes after the work has been done, or a beer. Or whatever it takes. Whatever it takes brings us back to follow the money.
Yes, dear Greeks, come and take a look, maybe you learn something.

But Greece is beyond repair. Witchdoctor is going places there for decades, hiking trekking swimming.
The Greeks may have bought better , black german cars, they have all mobile phones and like to watch the television owned by the pals of the govt which is highly liked in the EU. They have almost finished cementing every beach, anywhere, and also in decades they have burned down anything which may slow down the process of building cement blocks for the tourist trade. But they have lost everything else.
In a few years, fortunately there will be nothing left to burn, and WD saw through decades this progress of desertification. The Greek Problem will be solved in a not nice, ugly desert with cement tourist blocks covering the bare , ugly grounds. Finally the Greek civilization will reach this new apex.
As for the water, some will come with water cistern ships, some will be desalinated. The plastic water bottles will never be recycled as is the rest of the rubbish, glass included. Same as always.
As for the tourists, as a man in Rhodes told us years ago, seeing and looking at the concept and architecture of this hotels, they, the tourists, do not give a shit where this fun parks are geographically. They could be anywhere, the whole package is a global shit mindset, regardless of the genius loci.
