Normally the rating pals rate You by political, economic, civil society (groups ,parties, elections, unrest etc ,meaning all what happens in a society) outlooks or trends plus the formulas on how the debt economy goes in a neoliberal cage limit and they even put a rating on a will, if somebody wants to leave or change the neoliberal paradigm. All this, especially any hope or move or program for changing the bla blah debt economy affects very, very negatively the rating.Rating is some religious belief with some math formulas. They are the Gatekeepers and Guardians of the last instance and can default you anytime by making a self fulfilling prophecy .

This rating , the 2nd projection trend, takes other indicators in the account.. all about the outcome of the current dogma of the budget constrained taxing fiscal zombie Miltoneconomics.
This global projection trend sketch is taking into account the beastly nature of the neoliberal debt driven paradigm, the exploding demographics, depletion of the resources including all nature forests with the encompassing climate change which manifests itself for now in growing extremes patterns and regardless of the melting of the Pole which liberates some extra resources.

The 2nd Projection is not a religious belief, Witchdoctor is not a believer in a Slum Planet, Toxic and a brutal place. This is just the logical outcome of the basis and postulates on which the rating agencies ( including the OECD, IMF, Worldbank and the famous Troika in the EU) rate the societies and the recipes they propose lead to this baked in a cake scenario;

The Defeat of the debt driven economy
The tale of The Lost Energy or how to dig a hole even deeper and quicker of the debt collapse is there, in the twist of the US government back to coal and fracking and similar paleolithic ways of producing. Certainly the other leading actors,Russian tzar (he is ecstatic), China and Europe , Saudis and the whole global bunch, Germany and France included, are not at all unhappy with this back to the paleolithic roots.They just do not want to admit the obvious which Trump has unconsciously put out.. After the first Energy Shock in 1974 or somewhere there, the window of opportunity opened to allow the change of the internal combustion engine as a core invention of the Human Parasite, from the steam engine on up to the modified steam engine called nuclear power, and we are all circling around this boom and go and bust way of living. It is back to Coal and similar,and we wait for the new Nuclear plant proliferation regardless of Fukushima, Chernobil, and the current French massive Nuclear Plant standby for the obvious reasons of aging and security.
The windows of opportunity , from 1974 on, were opened and closed many times.Every time there was an effort to switch and move away from the classic combustion principle.It failed and it failed. The failure was embedded in the current debt driven neoliberal paradigm. Only the massive State investment could have produced the necessary innovation for the new era, but the private sector was always looking only the trimestral balance sheet of short profit, or at the best, people like Steve Jobs were popping in the research centers massively sponsored by the State and the Military and he took a piece here, there and joined the touch screen (MIT?or Stanford?) with the telephone and the computer and assembled the IPad. And the Iphone.
The current Back to the Roots Trump administration ( Clintons or anybody else is just the variation on the theme), by deregulating the toxic production and the emissions, closing even the remnants of the nature parks or just plain nature, are just a statement and admitting of the Defeat of the debt driven economy and a proof of a blind alley. GAME OVER. The competition as intended by the masters has no other options.The model is coming to an end by extracting the last juice.Not even the Shock Economy (did you read the book by Naomi Klein?) can help.
The cycle we are living in is at the end.It just a fake and sad repeat of the repeating of the model.With this hole digging there is the admission of the end of the production as we know it. The neoliberal short profit religion is chucking out even the innovation out of the history.The system will move as long is there some coal left.The Investment in the new type of energy for the 21 century is out of the market and the massive State or private investment (by heavy tax deductions on it) is declared obsolete and unnecessary. The Coal and fracking has won and it is the end of the history. By the end of this last attempt to keep the old model alive there will be no time to change quickly to the new paradigm.You know,such ground breaking investment and research take time and the investment for the new type of energy takes a lot, lot of time and many blind roads are there waiting until something better comes out.
The current economic model will choke, literally, including you.The Defeat.Admitted.

Third World in your house.
The current incredible demographic boom, the robotization , algorithms are bringing the Third World model on your backyard.The debt driven economy is working by and on exclusion of the workforce and the work is over and finished,You may dream about the services part of the economy replacing the lost work, but it is just like this;
You will massage my back for 1 euro and I will massage your feet for 1 euro.It is just a massive loss of income to the lowest possible level. I will sell you one onion and you will sell me a potato. The Lagos- Nigeria, or India slums are spreading , they are Coming to new York, Paris, Rome……….. This is the new way of life, your (american) dream come true.The growing of the opposites of wealth with the disappearance of the middle class and by effect the end of democracy and freedom of speech.There will be just endless slums and ghettos everywhere with some kind of more or less criminal economy as a means of subsistence.Not the cities, the slums are engulfing all the Planet. Shacks,toxic dirt,dilapidated buildings everywhere. Already there are 15% of population in some parts of Europe (free to add your place..here..) who live in energetic poverty. Energetic poverty? That is how Your masters call lack of peoples money for heating, light and washing. Oh, did WD mention the 1% ?
They will be on some hill,Island or similar, guarded by the army.
So, not a nice place to live. And due to your non existent income on zerohours and mini jobs your pension is null. And your health insurance is null. The private pension returns are a fata morgana, like being thirsty in a desert, the new input in the private or state pension funds considering the polarized rich/poor society is null and the current young or already the current middle aged persons which are living on the property and current savings and pensions of their mothers and fathers, which will die soon, are facing a terrible depletion.It will be just a smokescreen for some employment in some sick houses where you will die on some drugs ,to cut it short.You will try to sell some massage to somebody who will try to sell some massage to you in a cardboard massage parlour salon..Decay and dust and toxic waste and toxic food and toxic earth and this is the Defeat.

Art and culture – the lost language
It all started with Bauhaus! It is half a joke …. and then it evolved into the International Style.Witchdoctor was re- reading the famous Tom Wolfe pamphlet book “From Bauhaus to Our House” where this mad communist or leftist or whatever preachers invented this cubicles or boxes, no real roof,all flat,all square,no porch or veranda or balcony ,no gutter, drain pipe, no window sill, no shutters,… low ceiling, no decoration, tight corridors and small rooms for the proletariat and elevated it in the norm, no colors and no life which god knows how evolved in the International Style architecture , conquered the USA and the world.The Yale boxes, the boxes on boxes. The cheap assembly of prefabricated industrialized new way of life, completely energy non efficient and stupid as they look, complex in maintenance. And we lost art and craft, we lost thousands of skills and jobs because they were burgeois or middle class deviation. It all started with Bauhaus empty boxes for the “proletariat” and the “new society” as they were planning it for the masses, and it turned to the International Style, the” non lieu” , a planetary non place.. The neoliberal “essential” model looks on art crafts and culture as stupid spending., or it takes and “curates” only what is complementary to itself, discarding the other just like the Bauhaus was executing a mass censorship on invention . The new religion. The sharia law of architecture and art .. All this fields which are lost have one thing in common; they were forms of language. Behind the language are always systems of thought,and by discarding this “unnecessary” languages” the debt driven economy has dug itself a grave. The shrinking and simplifying of language to mere economic mumbo jumbo, to mere art or cultural forms which do not question and are only consumer driven and approved by the owners of the cultural spaces-the corporations,, all fake, brings also to a halt the growth and development of the society.Not understanding that diversity is the core of growth is really appalling. So, buggers, you can have it, it is the end. As you have planned it., but you did not know how stupid you are.

Choking slum Planet
The Human Flood is spreading like the oil on the table and building the walls to prevent the flooding means only more and higher instant flooding. You can not stop the bloodline (xixa). The cementification -“they paved Paradise, put up a parking lot”- the urban spreading from coasts to the interior and backwards,concrete wastelands, spreading shacktowns for hundreds of kilometers, more or less posh,the waste, toxic, plastic pollution flowing to the sea, the fish and coral reefs gone, all of this is happening with a speed but no one notices it . The Human parasite is like a rat, it forgets and adapts, but the limit is here.

The Wilderness Lost
The meaning of the Bible description of the Fall of Man has been lost in silly interpretations and even sillier beliefs.The expulsion of Adam and Eve from the Garden of Eden is a very simple story, and you can see it by yourself every day.
It is a story of seeing/constating the difference and because of that entering the situation of stepping out of the circle. When Adam and Eve, especially Eve, saw the difference between them two and the rest of the Garden of Eden, the fall of man or exiting the unity of the creation was on the table, apple included. The difference can be called knowledge as the human parasite likes to brag about himself as being the one who “knows”. The Fall of Man is just a simple acknowledgment of the difference between the things and further comparision (the judgment, good or bad), “noting” similarities and dissimilarities, relations between the new establishing of the space/time with Words, acts and tools.. The self inflicted expulsion by being conscious as a “part” and thus dividing and after uniting the “known”as a mental or any other process, etc, is a sign of abandoning the strict circle laws of nature (the natural chain) as something apart from the human .The laws which rule the nature and the beings included in the natural process become a different part of history from this moment on. The human parasite gained “sovereignty”, the exclusive rights to conquer the known and to submit nature to its needs or beliefs. and so on. By detaching himself from the “created immutable order” the Nature and the Planet become a counterpart to conquer or just a hostile place to be rearranged or subjugated. This is the Fall of Man from the common circle of nature and its inner laws, the exiting the Garden of Eden, the Lost Harmony as it is presented and as it seems to be, considering the result of the 2nd projection trend and the devastation we witness. This is the story my cat told me some time ago.
Nature is, from the human parasite view, a hostile and unfriendly place and it seems “dead”, boring,etc,and an obstacle, comparing with what the Human think is life and profit.
There are no empty places left,everything is just ready to exploit and the extraction goes on and on. The wilderness lost.Wilderness, a place which has no more any binding connection to the Humans in their omnipotence delirium, is lost. The “empty“ horizons with no human activity in sight are just a memory. The last patches of Wilderness are burning right now.The Humans are excavating and spreading everywhere. They live in places where no one (sane in mind) could really live and due to complexity of the system they could be dead in days if something broke in the complex economic machinery of even a mere subsistence.The vulnerability of the complex system, even if it is a Slum Planet, is astounding. You were lucky…. until now.
They are preparing it, thinking of escaping to Mars
There are signs creeping slowly. The food you buy….. in the Eu you do not know who is producing what and how, it is not anymore obligatory on the label where it comes from, just generic non or eu production, same with the bio organic,the chains of transformation are lost in time and space, so is the control, on the bottled water is not written how many nitrates or nitrites are there (same in New Zealand, 100% pure they say but the meaning is lost) which is the only important thing to know if you do not want to catch cancer, no declaring of phtalates no nano or pft, no heavy metals ,rising levels of arsenic admitted,but they write how much calories and fat are in the water (brand supermarket bottled water in Lanzarote ). Just look…..slowly, the slum is circling around you and coming on your table., in your body and mind.You are choking.

The women are not near equality
The emancipation of women, due to some strange religious or cultural beliefs which are pure blasphemy in every regard, is getting worse.
The women in this human flood are not gaining equality or equal opportunities or same wages or any freedom in absolute numbers.. The patriarchal pyramid and power stay in macho hands and this provokes the further downward rating of the happy outcome, the human default..The Macho paradigm of power and control are numerically spreading. The cultural model is even getting more backward,macho violence is rising, creatures are seeking some ancient back to the roots stupidities. But it is all about command and who controls who.This is the last complication, a road to nowhere.

The Rule of law
The rule of law is hijacked by the technoclubs,and the mafias of all types and walks, The corruption.
The technocratic elites, the freemasonic global lodges of the builders of the walls and other stupidities for the elected robbers, the whole mumbo jumbo of the masters of deceit,the corporations,all have watered down the basic principles of the rule of law and the real sense and meaning of it.
The shift of accountability to non elected or nowhere to be seen power circles, or just plain excuses of the complexity and the overall non responsibility as a way to govern are nailing the coffin of the neoliberal debt driven economy.Idiots rule and idiots speak, for the short gain and a lot of hidden agendas.The famous TTIP or similar “free trade” agreements have shown that it is not the question of trade, but it is a a way and means of controlling the trade and by it the overall societies. All of this has nothing to do with a free market competition where the counterparts have to agree first on the basic, similar social (health, pension, environment, organized) labor force rules and only after guarantee the free trade competition, where the best wins. The global agreements are just a smokescreen for manipulation, limitless extraction and exploitation.And they are just a run to the lowest common denominator where all is lost and the 99% loose, regardless of the crumbs gained in the process of exploitation. Exploitation, confirmative. In this process the European Union has shown its real face and nature, being the biggest advocate of this run to the bottom of the safety, environment and social guarantees.They just need the automatic pilot to be stripped of any accountability or responsibility and to govern by sheer irresponsibility, blaming God or the natural forces for the situation they have provoked. The Milton zombieconomics.. The same they did with the Eurocage automatic pilot money creation rules.

On the other hand the mad cow hormones filled meat dispute ( banning of the hormones meat import in EU) are provoking the rise of the tax barriers by the USA is another mad cow situation. WD was always wandering why the current US population has necks which are larger than their heads? The bulls neck? Something to do with this hormones which prevent the “free trade” ? And because of this so healthy and essential hormones in the mad cow meat they make a trade war?? What DNA changes are there going on?

The Operation Corporate (Naomi Klein-Shock economy), by privatizing the Security and the War with public subsidies made things and events run completely out of hands and the Chaosland is spreading and engulfing the choking Planet (Chaosland- Limes magazine geopolitical invention).
For all this there is the price to pay and the bill is coming. Just like in this Jewish story;
For centuries the delegation of Rabbis tried to have an official private meeting with the Catholic Pope. They always announced they had a very important and old document -scroll- to bring to the Pope attention. The story goes, but it may be a myth, that this was the headquarter of the EuTrotterTower, but nobody recalls exactly what was it real function .
This time the Opening speech, before the party festival got in the full swing, was held by our friend of the quiet force, the appointed unofficial speaker, Hansel Von Gretel, from the Witch hunters club.

As we all know, before our Stonehenge Confederation, this place was a center of the E Pawn Shop Corporation. The E Pawn Shop Corporation was organized in local Pawn Shop Branches which at the beginning were called States. But soon the Pawn Shops discharged this State name and notion,a remnant of the ancient times and ,frankly, nobody knows what was its meaning.The Pawn Shop was an ancient institution. It was located on the the Mount of Mercy , Monte Della Pieta´, just opposite the Debt Mountain.This Mount of Mercy was a paleolithic credit institution with his own capital which gave pittance- small change money- to the people which pawned their possessions in exchange for some peanuts. It was located near our friends of the quiet force Stonehenge VII, near a place called Perugia (Italy) and it was established in 1462 AC, which is far far out and away, luckily for us.
This usury practice was developed through the centuries and became the basis of the new economic model called Neoliberalism or “living within your means” and who really cares what was the real meaning means for them.. The aim and goal of the Pawn Shops was easy to understand, they wanted to pawn and impound all, meaning ALL… for a pittance and make people slaves of the Pawn Shop. They even did not use their own capital anymore to do this, it was all out of thin air, but only for them.

OOO HHH UUUAAUU!!! – the crowd sighed and groaned angry and in disbelief..

Yes friends, Hansel Von Gretel continued,these evil masters slowly established the Local Pawn Shops which eventually joined all together in the E PAWN SHOP CORPORATION. The E pawn Shop Corporation prospered briefly, people being full of the pawn shop tickets and spending them. But soon with the decline of the jobs, which became some strange things called vouchers, mini jobs,gig economy, zero hours, yes , do you remember minijobs, people of the Stonehenge III?
Yes, we remember, the people in the crowd shouted, it was our grand mothers and grand fathers which told us this incredible story.

Well, Hansel Von Gretel continued, soon the people were earning less and less, competition was heavy, and then came the Algorithms and the Robots, and the sand started shifting North and the camels came to Stonehenge III.

And slowly it all just vanished,slowly there was nothing to pawn any more, nobody was buying pawned goods and nobody was wanting to buy the pawn tickets, it just all went in smoke, vanished, dissipated in the air. The vanishing of the E Pawn Corporation.

Just before this happened, the Pawn Shop masters were having big fun.They were meeting, laughing and they were all telling the same. Telling we need this, we need that, like, we need jobs (they already had one to tell you your needed bollocks) we need growth we need we need. They were all needy and they were telling this for years and years, promising, and , puff, it all vanished.There was at that time a Father in White, warning, telling them to hurry and act but… you know…. pufff.
As we know, We were lucky and this is the “let them rot there, they know where” memorial day and lets party!!! Let celebrate the vanishing of the E Pawn Shop Corporation, all of us, blue, white, black, green ,yellow and pink and you name it!

Interlude

You may ask, dear reader lost in space, what has all this (The return of the V˙GER) to do in a money, power, debt driven economy and which is the connection to other things in this blog? Well, the first conclusion is, that the economic postulate of the rational expectations and the rational behavior of the people is just bollocks, or at the best it is framed in a frame of a person seemingly consequent with a kind of cause and effect, loosely logical as a person can be and thus limited to more or less nothing basic on which one can build a rational theory of expectations in a global market. To cut it short, it is all nonsense or or a very faint path to understand the economy, the world and the people. Just sack them, all of this highly paid fortune tellers called experts on economy, society or whatever.They are there to mislead, that is why more they mislead, more they are paid.Most of them, it is up to you to pick the real.Follow the monies and you will get the real news.

This true story, as ones memory can afford,is a parable of the Voyager. A Voyager, which, after many ups and downs returns as a V`ger. The famous Star Trek movie, Voyager being there the satellite launched in space bearing some signs of intelligent thinking of the Human Parasite,the satellite which came back transformed.

It is now more then 3 and a half decades when this story has happened.. Witchdoctor memory of the events is fading and that is why he waited so long to tell it ( or he just felt it that now is the time). Only the core, the hard burning core remains the same and that is why, after so long, Witchdoctor can tell it, because the memory tricks have not altered the essence. The essence stays and shines.

The Road
Witchdoctor was relatively young at that time, studying for his own sake many subjects, at the universities, at home…. around…traveling.. it was core philosophy, religion, physics,science philosophy, he started to peek into economics (that came much later as a tool) the theories of the Self, buddhism dialectics, Zen and you name it..He was not looking to make any gain out of it, to make a career out of,not for the monies, just curious. All of this seemed all logical and the theories were seeming consistent and he was having fun.
But all this was not looking true enough or decisive to understand, To get the Final Answer of the WTF is this all about.So he started to climb regularly to the WTFis this Mountain. The WTF is This Mountain has no path, nor a road. It lies not far from the Debt Mountain, but it is in a distance, depending on the clear day. It may be any Mountain near to you ,you just have to start climbing.
And Witchdoctor climbed, not every day but often, especially the weekends when he had time. It took some hours to reach the top. The views were fine, space, sea, cities, sun,wind ,rain. He stayed there for hours, a night, few days, Sun rain shine wind whatever.
He came prepared. It was all in the line of a classical tradition of the persons detaching, going to the Mountain and taking time to think it over.But he was not coming to be dictated a Book or to settle some tribal disputes, or to get some Laws , or being illiterate get the Verb or try to hear voices. He was waiting, to see and understand…He was thinking there about anything, the systems, celestial bodies,physics, demographic explosion, proliferation of the humans and of the cities, the circles of it all, the possible outcomes, hypothesis on everything and conclusions which came and tumbled down in dust, the time passing the time space enigma the position of oneself in it and the consequences of the point of view in a box or outside of it…
Sometimes he just sat down thinking nothing, trying not to think or letting go and feeling the Flow of the Dao-Tao or whatever, concentrating on the subject and deconstructing, the classical ways of meditating or just feeling his aching back, dissecting his inner drives and the Self,to wish or not to wish, to move or not to move, the measure and it significance, the far and the near…the space time enigma..
All this things which seem to make life and all.

The Revelation
One day, sunny and a little windy, he was there. Just like any other day. He was half lying in the grass on the top of the WTF is this about Mountain. Just looking at the sky and the sea. Some hours passed. Suddenly he felt a “presence”. It was tangible , it was there, it was not a person with the beard, it was not a point in time and space ,no light, it was much, much more. Witchdoctor was absolutely calm, relaxed, no thoughts, at this time when he felt, acknowledged certain this ”It”. The presence or ,if you prefer, The Presence. Awake and overwhelming. Live or dead ,conscious or unconscious? No way of describing it, It was, or, It is. Witchdoctor was taken by surprise. Surprise is not the right word, anyway, startled? Boh? He just waited… and then he put a question, not knowing what to do; What or Who are you? The answer came, it was not spoken loud or spoken or whatever, but it came; It is You.
Holy Cow! Holy WTF! It is difficult to put it in words, but!!! And the answer was Wrong!It was wrong because it defied ALL the expectations.Theologically wrong, wrong from what the history has told, wrong from what Witchdoctor has read about this events in time and history!Wrong!?

Now, mind you, reader, Witchdoctor did not ask ; Who am I ?,and got back the silly answer; You are. It would have been a psychiatric case, a nutter job. The Who am I question was far beyond Witchdoctor thinking, the Self was well understood and explained by the metaphor of peeling the onion, where the layers peel and peel and you cry in the process and come to nothing. No go, the question of the Self was not in the purpose of the search.So, this answer, You; was not what one should expect.

Suddenly the implications of the answer came as shock. The ball, the search, the all of it was back in the Witchdoctor field. The Presence, the “It” has nailed him. Completely.There was no question left, No way out, No way to curb or bend or rephrase.No repeat of the search, no other premises. It was over. It was like a push, a blow, game over. Witchdoctor was left, there, taking in the consequences, as much as he was capable of, which at the end was not much.

3 and a half decades have gone by. It is getting more clear and the answer is that it all comes down to the projections and suppositions, prejudices or whatever one carries with when faced with the presence. Witchdoctor fortunately did not carry loads of stuff in him when climbing the WTF is this about Mountain. He , in the process, discarded, threw away loads and loads, refining the search, getting lighter and lighter and so his projection of his load was really slim when this happened. Yes, it is;

WYSIWYG
A famous saying for calibrating the Monitor or working with any software comes useful.What you see is what you get.WYSIWYG. You get what you bring and if you bring loads of shit you get shitty answers, no one can save you from misunderstanding. More you make mess , more junk you carry back. It is a threefold dilemma; did you understand and how do you interpret, and how your being is calibrated. All three are non solvable problems, the beauty is in the eye of the observer at the end.Understanding is finally impossible,it is not only IQ, education and prior beliefs, it is more when an illiterate persons faces something so”big” which is definitely out of reach. The Illiteracy can be deep or less deep, but it is an insurmountable, insuperable obstacle.So, what a simple shepherd , or a warrior or some half crazy person gets back in such a case? He gets what he understands , He translates what he thinks he saw or heard or whatever in his own lingo,in his framework, in his power/ glory game. And, on top of it, he starts to interpret already translated and interpreted.Or, this is done by somebody else, after, or much after or by hearsay. One can not escape the First Principle; the Contradiction.
But Witchdoctor is sure, he got it, it was simple, it looked simple and it was terrible. And it was a Contradiction.
He still thinks he was good calibrated, there are no signs of a mistake, and the “answer” is logical,very. He did not need to interpret and it was hard not to understand or to make a book out of it, or to ….

The Limit

Or the emails which propose to write for him his blog for 5,10 Dollars apiece. Extrapolating all this consistent email flow, considering the ranking of his writing, we come to huge numbers of fake articles, posts , blogs, the Directors and Producers are paying to fabricate the fake news and opinions. The Anthropocene Age of Sycophants.It goes in many thousands of fakes and in many millions of bucks.
