The Pandora Box

Lets go back, once again, to Erwin Schrodinger, the Founding Father of QM,and his late in life statement;
“ I do not like It and I am sorry I ever had anything to do with it”
This statement has many interpretations.Like, one may easily suppose, the implications of QM in many fields of the human parasite ways of organizing the society. What are the most probable effects? For certain it has to do with the new capabilities of data encryption/cryptography.Quantum computing is a minor thing.Total encryption for the Military and the Corporations. Total control real time,instantly of all information send/received. Total control of all sources of information, and thus total control of disinformation. Total war/manipulation of any data.The war with the means of QM.Lasers, any optical armed device, beams,any kind of fields, radioactive, magnetic…
The subjectivistic theory of QM, where Consciousness of the “observer” (meaning any military) plays a leading role in the Collapse of the Way Function leads to an attempt control of the human mind by sending wave packets to influence, control or just scramble up and damage the human mind.
Surely the human parasite always invents one thing first. The thing is called trouble, control and power.
The Time Muddle

First , we do not now exactly what happens in quantum state, there is just statistical probability and then we say it is even time reversible? We do not know if it is wave or particle, can not be both , this are two space /time phenomena,if we say it is and and – the wave is a particle which has a structure of the wave and the other way around.. and we do not know if electron really exists and if it is not a “hole”….

About information conservation bollocks ad infinitum, Wd has confuted that already,lets see the other ,the time reversibility;

Theoretically the given state can only repeat itself, but even this is too much.Even experiments at Cern (kaons decay) prove that something stays amiss.
Time reversible is bollocks.Process reversible is ok. But, then, you say, a process happens in time, that is the time reversal. Bollocks. Like when melting gold and remelting it, you are not multiplying your assets. If you say that, than there are multiple times, one for the process reversal and the one as the arrow of time/space continuum, jut as you are reading these lines, on and on to the rubbish end..Seems we are in different time zones non communicating…Lets talk about this time warps and Witchdoctor thinks is better to be silent at the end, because he is mathematically , if this conditions apply, talking to himself only, which even seems to be true , but for opposite reasons of global rubbish engulfing the sea air and land. as a result of the multiple times contained in a Time/Space container and … and see the implications, pure rubbish if it was possible WD will bankrupt the Wall Street. Do not panic, you are lost, act lll.Repeating is not time reversal and this fact is not marginal.Repeating is backwards transformation/process to initial state in time/space continuum.Legoland. All transformations in the process of backwards transformation to a initial state are lost, all information is gone/lost- disapeared in a Time/Space continuum. Or not? If not, there has to be some “imprinting”, a hidden variable, which Schrodinfger and Copenhagen folks categorically exclude (Bohm variable, so antagonized), a hidden variable self contained which means that all is stored in a state “observed”, which means there is some underlying constant which is not seen , which means we do not know it and maybe is all rubbish, and it seems so. So Schrodinger equation of time reversibility is bringing back the problem seemingly solved.Anyway the time/space arrow flies in the meantime and we are here playing Legoland. How does this applies to the 2nd law of thermodynamics in reality?
So, This is just nothing.In the absence of interactions? Which and how many, What is the interaction here? The wave is not an interaction at least interacting with itself? What happens to Planck constant, already dead and so on…Bollocks of reversing a quantum state which is absolutely undefined until it collapses ,regardless of the statistical math. Ok, we can calculate the source and scatter but to bring it back?Bollocks deluded folks. Why even theoretically waste time on this puristic models of perfect masturbation? The Time in physics is always a strange beast, the time/space continuum as an unitary Force, non separable, is mostly lost there…these guys are playing Lego bricks kindergarten competition! Using time reversal as a mere statistical method of some action and the Descartes Meccano Disney world comes back through the door.

This especially applies to QM, not to WD Cat, which interacted.

So, we can maybe speak of reversal of the motion process,time reversal sounding preposterous,invariance does not needs time reversal,transformation, even the same as at the beginning does not need time reversal, it is just the new/same disposition repeating.Repeating for real..? Boh, maybe in a perfect world it may repeat, like the Legoland.If Legoland is perfection, then we are doomed.
Anyway all this disappears with the collapse of the wave function and so it goes and applies to the all Legoland.
Now why the scatter is bigger when the slit is smaller-narrower? The slit, a non resolved question at basis of all..Some stupid questions; does the “void”on the other side of the slit provokes higher deviation than the one when when passing through the bigger slit? Is there any correlation between the size of the slit and the deviation scatter? The pressure of the“void” and the size of the slit as a correlation for higher deviation? Smaller the slit, smaller the pressure and higher the deviation scatter?Boh

The superposition is the way to statistically prove anything in a term of probabilities, until the collapse occurs. It is actually in all possible states simultaneously, as long as we don’t look to check.We can do math around it, construct some rudimental process, but ,This statement basically tells nothing.If this is the founding mother or father, then we are talking cosmic joke. Nothing new, we are talking projections.

As for causal and non causal, it is just a muddle, searching for ultimate and only cause takes you to your Missing Mother /Father. Better stick to conditioned origination, unfortunately even Erwin Schroedinger did not arrive there in his attempt to understand eastern“philosophy” in his all about the universe life and fish and all book. If he knew about eastern concept of conditioned origination, the role of the mind, he would maybe better understood the false dualities and etc.

The wave particle duality is resolved in an impact.Impact on a plate like the old daguerrotype ancestor of photography. Sure you can not see the wave there, only density scatter.>The photo instant. For a wave you need a camera,to make a movie… and we are not there, no cinema, no plot, no leading actresses , just an old photo plate. They are all Entangled

In fact it is not just Alice and Bob which are entangled. Alice and Bob, poor sods, are these two electrons which the scientist for“better understanding”have named. The only new thing here in QM is entanglement and non locality, so called action at distance, the particle having many states or spins or whatever and these are all functions. And the non local transmission of functions, which is “value” and information.
For this they have to interact in specific way or, as in WD Cat they have to build a relation, like the real state vector which is the information carrier,consequent mutual “imprinting”, there must be an interaction between the ”entities”.Nothing really moves, it is just information propagation and assigning value to the functions. That is the real collapse of the“wave function”, it is putting cards on the table, making a call,show hand, like in poker.Before the show hands there are all possibilities open, after there are none except the one given.Given for You. The parallel universe muddle has not taken in account that the possibilities and probability involved mean nothing, they are just what they are.Imagine this John Smith or Everett in this many world theory who multiplies himself every instant. Egocentric jerk, the universe in just a few hours will be so full of this Everetts – John Smiths to beg to explode once again out of despair.. The many world are too many, so many and all lead to nowhere.
The Collapse gives only one option, the many words are just probabilities, until someone shows a hand and puts cards on the table, the many Everetts disappear in an instant.After there is only one event and one arrow, till the next intersection or collapse.The parallel nonsense is already in the word parallel, it does not intersects, only at the end of the Universe and Time and Space bollocks.

But, They are all entangled, All of them,( except Everett (?). It is not just Alice and Bob. This Alice and Bob, do they resemble closely Adam and Eve? And they fell out..of the garden of eden… as they hit the photo plate, the collapse of the wave occurred, and we are here… and so on… searching to be entangled once again and be happyy..

Who said somebody entangled them artificially?One can do that in a lab, but the observation is not entangling just by looking or thinking about it.That happens when one loses himself in subject object relation and becomes Bishop of Berkeley. By observation and by the experiment they can not be entangled, it has to be done physically. The Subjectivistic view, You think you are God? It is only You who did that just by looking and from which part of the QM this comes from?

They are all entangled, it is a collective interaction.And nobody has a clue, except Witchdoctor Cat, what this collective interaction entanglement means.How then data and functions propagate in all directions,are they in some hierarchical order or whatever , what propagates and how exactly… because the whole process is entangled.It is a conditioned origination, now they use the term dependent origination, but conditioned is better, it is not strictly causal at all, can be even a-causal since it is conditioned, meaning it just has to occur without a direct “push”the things arise“together” and they form the pattern, grid, the visible event.It is by assigning “value” that all spreads. If this, then that, conditioned. Assigning value gives the result.But it is not arbitrary.
Now, if they are all entangled that has far reaching consequences in any sort of propagation or manipulation, or to say it directly, if you want to read and disrupt my Mind, I will do the same to Yours. You give me shit, i give you shit, as is nicely put by Fela Kuti, the master .

The adherence of “theory” and “facts” makes all of it viable. Nobody here is saying that reality does not exist, just the structure of it is objectionable , anyway , more on that in Missing Mothers/Fathers.

The continuing of the wave collapse function prelude…..

The proliferation of information in science, life and debt driven economy “superposition”, and at the end, the quantum function collapse..
Now, we all know that all this rubbish, or if you want, taking the optimistic view on proliferation, all this advancing in all fields of “life” ( if you do not have Brain Anorexia Syndrome), was not possible just some thousands, a thousand years back. The Neanderthals knew some simple facts , like, we are born and we die.Holy truth. Or to put it like Wittgenstein, the limits and borders of the World are the limits of our Language.We can not explain something if we do not have words or concepts for it. Like the English did not have forks for eating until they (the forks) arrived from Italy, late 1600! And so we stepped deeply but slowly in the proliferation of any concept, words, with expanding of the language from the stone age to this last stone age period, and with all the semantics and other rubbish included.We are expanding our Universe, literally… with words? Just a thought, is this the reason the Universe is expanding? Boh, or there is just proliferation of words taking disguise in information.

Lets start somewhere…. for fun, with Erwin Schrodinger, about the Quantum mechanics which he invented, mostly;

And for this things is not possible to be in two on the same place at the same time,the Kamasutra excluded.

It suggests something that does not exist: all “observables” are calculated and inferred on theoretical grounds, observable depends on the theory we use. The same goes for “real”.

And when your Science says that you were given something out of Nothing for Free for all mankind, all you have at disposal on the Planet you did not have to buy , all this free matter, air,water, fire and earth you were given for free. And when your own Science says and proves that fact,the fact of free FIAT, you squander and deplete, burn and destroy and you are on the verge of the extinction, by demographics and by extraction.

Witnessing the communist/socialist period in his life, Witchdoctor came to a simple conclusion: The Powers to Be are essentially scared. It is not just hijacking the society, making the Authoritarian rule, selling the paradisiacal time we live in as the ultimate act of God.It is not just control, greed, and profit which determine the iron fist or military or fascist consensus.
It is the Fear and Them are being scared. Scared of small, medium and big things.At the end, they do not understand nothing, the complexity of life is for them just a scary world. They are scared of being there. So, first they censor or eliminate the obvious things. But it is not enough. They, shitless scared of the complexity, of the effects of their actions, of the non capability to control all the effects caused by the Simpleton Rule, just try to suppress the past, present and future.
Especially in this moment in Time, they are scared of anything which can point to any direction which is not in their reach. They , scared to the bones, are not grasping the present time, so they just freeze it in some obnoxious phraseology . They like to produce noise, any noise, like children, to cover their fear of the “unknown” .The blasting boosting noise of so called information, news and the constant flow of shit hitting the fan as a way to spray all things in the ultimate nonsense.
An easy example of censorship or being scared because not understanding basically nothing is that Witchdoctor is being moderated when posting something on their sites. Witchdoctor never uses ad persona arguments, he never uses any hard words (as many others which are not “moderated”) on their sites, he just mocks concepts. Mocking the concepts is a bad thing, you know.Even worse is if you put forward some unpleasant scenarios, like the current debt driven economy collapse, regardless of the slow motion in which it evolves and the pumping of fiat money in the wrong places to prop it up.And even worse is if your argument has a firm ground.
So lets see a small scenario which never saw a light of day in so called enlightened, progressive, even the labor party backing newspaper site.
On a business comment site there was a talk about Greek “rescue” The normal people know what Greek rescue means. Greek rescue-Pure Nothing, just a failed Greek state capture in some failed program.
But Witchdoctor was acting normally, so he wrote a post just pointing to a link to the Bill Mitchell blog where the Greek rescue was discussed with the best arguments one can get.

Then he pointed out the geostrategic implications of the Chinese involvement in buying Greek assets. The strategy of the Chinese Silk Road penetration to the Europe, and the German dilemma and German “ strategic”acting in this story.He just gave a link to the Italian leading and well known geopolitical monthly magazine, the May 2017 issue dealing with; USA-Germania, duello per l`Europa, translated in english; USA-Germany, a duel for Europe.
A terrific number, with absolutely scary scenarios.Especially the Fabio Mini piece of the next war on German soil, the already in the cards and on the tables of various military of the low intensity localized nuclear war being played on German territory and so the Europe goes out of history as a global player in the next century, the local nuclear wars are the last madness idea the Generals around the globe are playing with. The Schroedinger cat idiocy.
Witchdoctor wanted to elaborate the point that Germany, still not sovereign and under the supervision of the 4 powers after the second world war, was being looked at with a historic distrust by the USA and others, and that it was getting “downsized” not by Trump but by the Pentagon which keeps a close eye on German expansion. To avoid being squeezed in the Russian- USA cold war scenarios, Germany is opening up to China silk Road ,China and the silk road agenda, But this Chinese agenda is bearing poison gifts. The Chinese investments, like in Greece -Pireaus are the intersections of the silk road. But they function in an extraterritorial way, nobody can inspect the premises, the workers Unions are cut out and the working conditions are like the Chinese want, China style of industrial democracy.It is all based on non disclosure principles, privacy of the investor, competition clauses cover up, so the European standards of law and labor protection and information transparency are gone for ever. That is the price of the Chinese silk road, the silence and the fear of the workers and the working conditions are the industrial secret. The Global Corporations work all on this neoliberal agenda, privatizing the work relations and processes on their premises, not accountable for any sovereign law and its State, and making them an industrial secret by law. The slaves without any name, that is what the people working there are.Extraterritorial rule of being non accountable for anything for the sake of some jobs..And sure one may ask why this is happening in Greece and if this is the plan that the leading Eurozone force is implementing in Greece. Selling Greece to the Chinese as part of the geostrategic agenda. And the Alexis Tsipras government, the so called Left (planted) is blocking the condemnation of the violation of the human rights in China.

Now, the newspapers have their agenda. Like the one in question, (like the communist soviet Pravda had too), which was still having issues with Brexit, the role of UK , the UK relation with the USA, their ultimate boss after Brexit and the Europe. Scared of the abyss or of the new order coming.And seeking German hand for help? But the Witchdoctor post was just his opinion, backed by reliable links.Why this people have news with comments, you may ask, dear reader? To peddle false comments or to publish opinions? As the communists, they know what is the fake opinion.Normally to get moderated for his personal opinions, WD sometimes waited for hours to be published. Or never, which is this (and other) case.

Some things can or may be deducted;
Bill Mitchell MMT economic expertise was not very well accepted.Because it shows the stupidity of the Eurozone straitjacket, which is not a good thing to show while covertly working against Brexit (the only plausible cause of such attitude for WD), but are we talking some democracy here, some humble opinion, just a simple personal view? Next, the German position in this Eurozone Europe plus the USA – Russia clash is not welcome to be discussed.Even if backed by the Limes geostrategic magazine opinions, publicly on sale. Well, that is another nail in the coffin of free opinion.But it will never help saving the Simpleton Plan, history shows, after fear and censorship it always gets violent.

The low intensity preparations for the local nuclear war is the last scary thing.So, it will pass, we have just to not talk about it.Scared.

So what a newspaper does when following some agenda, and not allowing disinterested opinion, WD has nothing to gain from this shit happening? The fear, they are just scared and they censor, when scared, pretend it is not here..

The newspaper is called the guardian, who knows who`s guardian it is.But they are scared and nervous, which just leads to disaster.The Simpleton Plan is getting scared.They are all scared.

Witchdoctors Cat

Witchdoctor once, not long ago, had a Cat, The Cat was really big, not at all fat, over 12 kilos, giant lion paws.He was a master of the game theory.He eventually found out, slowly, that he can, but not always which was due to WD limitations, communicate with WD by conveying images and so explaining things to him.The things which were important to the Cat. He did not chat just for chatting with WD, no social media blah, blah trivia as humans do or any current stupidities which he was glad to perform by just himself or in our company to get amused apart from image communication..
The cat found out that WD, in dreamtime or sleeping, could be a receptor of his conveyed information and that WD could understand most of it. And remember it, exactly.
Witchdoctor one day went to a very long trip, the opposite side of the Earth globe from where he lived, where midnight was noon. The so called New World.
Weeks passed, the Cat was not to be heard of. Then one night WD had a dream. The cat was on the table with a lot of dishes surrounding him, all full with different food. He was complaining he did not have any appetite, regardless the food was plenty and various, and nudging WD for an answer. Now, the Cat never went on the table in his real life, he was always respectful of the eating table, waiting or sitting besides.And this was a serious sign of something wrong. So WD called the folks at home who were house sitting the Cat and they confirmed that the Cat was not eating regularly and was, just there waiting…. but they said it did not seem nothing serious.
OK. Lets see the thing closely. Cat communicates around the Globe, the information that Cat conveys to WD is confirmed when received, instantly.. There are billions of information traveling around the globe any instant (not meaning the classic human parasite news and facts), but the Cat succeeds finding WD out of billions.WD has to presume that there is a link by which the sender and the receiver are linked.A wave function.. There is a unique number in a grid which links them. Or we can say that the Cat collapses the wave function and by giving value to the events, assigning information to the grid, he identifies the elements in the structure through intersection of the collapse of the wave.. The EPR- Einstein, Podolsky, Rosen- non locality-entanglement solved; when identifying the one value the other is automatically assigned in a measure of the equation.No time travel, just assigning the value of the structure.Speed of light is irrelevant, it has no function. In fact the communication between the Cat and the WD was a closed deterministic vector, one space. .So we had a closed space vector information regardless it was happening in an open universe.. The identity of the sender and receptor must have been included in a process of propagation of information.If not WD would receive all possible information through a dreamtime completely not connected to his person, which fortunately is not the case, who wants to hear and look at all this rubbish circling around. Well sometimes some strange things pass and it is very hard to decipher…
The other still unresolved question is; when the Cat was communicating, did he use any proxies, amplifiers to reach WD or it was an instant transmission due to assigning information on a grid structure and hitting the wall- the slit where information appeared was WD himself…
To conclude; the information between a sender and receiver passed, regardless of the distance, it was conveyed exactly without interference. The whole system was a closed one and all parts involved had the same recognized identity to communicate. The structure was known to itself. The grid was in place and the intersections were the stable points of propagation.
Witcdoctor came home after weeks. The Cat knew the information passed at the same instant when it was received. He was waiting to say goodbye, for ever, and after some weeks he went to the cat world.

Now, dear reader, this happened and it stays. The cat was capable also of other things. He knew when we were coming home,7,8, out of 10. He was on top of the wall in front of the house, waiting. When we had catsitters, they told us that the cat was not on the wall waiting for most of the time, only when we were supposed to come, he went. We never had a regular coming time ,the exact hour or day.

Almost and over 100 years went by when they discovered the wave/particle,quantum effect and quantum physics, or, as Karl Popper, not a nobody, calls it , the Big Muddle.Many times it is just a clever linguistic arrangement, just like they use to call things in economy, inventing the semantic nothing.Sometimes the quantum muddle resembles closely Sophism,Zeno paradoxes like the paradox of the Turtle and Achilles,or the Arrow in Flight. Or the old Chinese school of Names, where White Horse is not a Horse.
Or sometimes it resembles the Plato world of shadows and ideas.Plato, who was an inherent fascist and all his ideas about a type of organization failed miserably, from the wise to the philosophers to military.
There is a lot of rubbish floating there.To understand it we must acknowledge that pure mathematics can be a kind of poetry and that mathematics formula can be just art. Or just masturbation.
Lets have a look at the Schroedinger cat and its dead/alive state. First of all, as the paradox is concocted, the cat will be dead, killed anyway, at all times at the end.. The times when they got this killing cat idea were the times when they were studying and making a nuclear chain reaction, radiation, and getting ready for the Atomic Bomb.That is why they use radioactive isotopes to kill the cat.You think this mood is not important, Dr.Strangelove?

The superposition is a strange thing, when you do not see it it is there, where and when you see it , it is gone. One may conclude that since you do not see it is not, but there are some indirect proofs that it is there. So, the first comparision comes,and the Witchdoctor cat is much much further than this rubbish. Yes, one can make math with probabilities, calculate stack positions, calculate an object with more functions, the superposition has more than one function, make a blockchain, and anything, but it is just peanuts. Just a few days ago Wd thought of an experiment. He was thinking he is clever.The idea was to freeze the “wave function”! The rising population as a cure to entropy-the debt driven economy collapse- as a way to inject new energy in a box is anyway absurd, the numbers have to grow exponentially, and how for cow sake can Earth bear this 30 billion humans?On the other hand the straight jacket Chicago Boys Entropy Cage does not need them for making profit, on the contrary. So, Entropy wins, do not forget the robotisation and the result is just multitudes living in shacks, all over.
One can even calculate the entropy effect by adjusting the physics formulas to the debt driven economy, but , not here.It is a little approximate business , having some more variables, but the resemblance is striking.

But if we assume the more “rightwing”idea of the genetic source of the IQ, where the IQ is genetically responsible for the 60% and only 30-40% are cultural or are based on other interactions (sex included?), then, holy cow, it is even worse. Looking at the history crime scene from this point of view, we are all doomed. The 60% genetic IQ can not cope even with such simple task as is the human parasite survival or just a decent living.
The conclusion is , the Human parasite, bound by his own inbred stupidity, can only work in a simple “action”- “reaction” limit horizon and does not understand not even the 60% or more of implications of his doing. Kick the ball, fetch the ball, you Dog (dog can be read backwards)!

OR HOW THE IDEAS GET ROTTEN BEFORE THEY EVEN START TO FUNCTION

This entry should not have been in Witchdoctors blog. Witchdoctor was planning to have some fun with the Collapse of the Wave Function (upcoming next entry), but, instead, he is writing about the Collapse of the Brain Function. We are talking here about the disputes concerning the Universal Basic Income, Basic Income Guarantee, Universal Citizen Income and the Job Guarantee.
The story started (before it was even applied in practice for real) as a classical dispute, so well described in the Monty Python movie – The life of Brian, where the insurgents divided them selves in as many fractions as many were the participants of the rebellion. Or the classical marxist -leftist Virus which normally divides the marxist left in as many fractions as is the total number of revolutionaries.
Basically it all started from the classic psycho moment ; why give somebody something for nothing,
Classically it evolved also in who is proposing what and the pure or noble or right origin of the persons proposing it and by this judging the validity of the proposal. A pure gossip and ego moment.

The first everlasting objection of the Universal Basic Income is, why give it for free?
It is closely linked to the famous ; there is no free lunch.
Why give it for free is now cleared, due to demographics,robotization, algorhitms, lack of purchase power and thus no selling on a mass scale, who is going to buy all this stuff produced, and consequently if will there be any profit left for the masters and the producers in the Debt Driven Economy (collapse), security reasons and , last but nor least, a basic decent survival for the multitudes. As for the; there is no free lunch, Witchdoctor has wrote about it. There are so many trillions of free lunches served, but the wrong people are eating them. Trillions of leverages based on debt and interest, trillions subsidizing the war and security as private enterprise, trillions in Quantitative easing going to the already well fed up. Trillions in corruptions and in the monopolies and the various Matrioskas.

And surely the Rich are proposing it, too. For security reasons, profit, and some are decent pals. Why the poor voted for Thatcher there is no free lunch or for Trump or Putin, only god knows,it is an unsolved enigma, but they are choosing the wrong horse for centuries.

Now, many say the poor will spend it on booze.Well, to be sarcastic, even booze spending means growth and the police (and the bars- double meaning) will grow to keep them calm. But the facts known until now show that this is not happening, the poor even start to save and invest, given the opportunity of some extra cash. The women factor, as in the Grameen Bank.
Next, the Universal Basic Income is not obligatory, you can give it back, do You?
Poor or rich ,for moral reasons you can give it to somebody else, cash out hand out.
Next, there is the economic multiplier linked to the Universal basic Income. Half of it returns back through taxes and VAT. Next the overall effect multiplier on the economy is way over 1,6 times, so, at the end the money given comes back with the profit and growth…The lazy buggers do not deserve it anyway is the last almost irrational stance. May be, but if we start to count who deserves what, it may end in tears, like under Pol Pot, yes,there are other means to fix that.
Next is the problem of the Public sector, the public administration. In many places it is growing out of hands, and it is just producing rules that are there to multiply their number in solving the rules they invent and wait for their pensions while you wait to get your problems solved. A classic socialist illness which can not be solved by the MMT principles of budget spending= net saving as in previous WD post. They deserve to join the Universal Basic Income or go private and show their real skills, like writing blogs or any debt driven economy fake news, hahah. The Rules they produce are not helping the planet became more green or sustainable, they write it mostly for the Big Corporations, and to distort the real market.They work for their big bosses, always.

Next thing about the Job Guarantee is that it can be even a way for mobbing, if the Officer (nice way to call a public servant, you are in the Army now?) dislikes the Job Mini Guarantee applicant (as in the link), and the “Officer” starts giving terrible jobs to a person applying, a way of revenge and ransom.And you have to be always at reach, same city, no moving for 24/24 hours a day till you die. The Universal basic income and the job guarantee have two options. The first is to include it in the current neoliberal system, which is budget and tax constrained and the second is to include it in the Debt free money system , not budget or tax constrained.

There can or may be no taxation at all in such economic environment,or better, the minimal tax as a way of forced acceptance of the fiat currency by the participants, with the rule that the balance of payments must be at least neutral, the imports have to match the exports because of inflationary risks ( if not a taxation to counterbalance must be enforced, lets put aside the geopolitical military status and situation of the USA and of the dollar here , they have and need to solve it differently, can be even easier…). This model guarantees by default the Universal Basic Income, and excludes all the Public Administration which is there to arbitrary provide for it, let them dream at home, or enter freely the Job Guarantee.
