The Italy government proposed budget is under siege, in the line of fire. The Erozone ( yes, it is a porn site?) TROIKA (threesome? WD english sucks) is riding again, and they do not want any sign of rebellion, even if it is a futile peanuts one.The Troika is keeping firm the feeding Eurozone value chain as they think it should be. On the wobbling German France axis..(kamasutra?)

Mind, it is a very modest planned budget deficit, so modest it will not help at all. Some 2,4% the first year and then regressing to 1,8% and down again… In fact in WD opinion it should have been around 5% to make a difference, as Germany once made it with 6% and others too…
2,4 % first year is just above water and any global downturn will sink the effects to nothing.
5% for over a decade was and is the only solution, but as we know, Italy, with the current surplus – taxing more than it gives back- and relatively good trade balance in spite of all IS NOT A SOVEREGN STATE as are not all others in the Eurozone. Being only the Debt Milking Cow without controlling its (foreign) currency -the Euro.The 5% a year, minus 1% for optimizing the cost effectiveness of the Italian State with special aimed optimizing public management programs which are bloody needed to lift Italy from its current public sector government 60% effectiveness compared to its Eu competition benchmark States, will, in a 5 % a year/decade of investments, like,for ex,fiber optics, logistics and overall state public and other infrastructure for the 4.0 economy and the whole current messy infrastructure again put Italy back on the map.

Of the 5% deficit, which, without Italy having its own central bank, will double the overall debt in something like 14 years (over 240%) if we do not count the debt /gdp ratio, which is relative and with 5% deficit Italy could and would achieve with the real GDP rise push as the effect of the investment “deficit” and even start to close the debt gap and scale down the today 135%, but no, The Masters are building the debt outcome as a current default scenario and are unable to figure the real economic salvation strategy of the 14 years absolute doubling of debt,or on any debt rise. They are or stupid or know something we do not know, i.e, that soon the house of cards will blow, and they think there is some level of debt which can be controlled, but regardless, the world debt is is just on the rise in absolute figures and that is a food bank for the financial sector of the global sharks. Are they (the sharks) too many and the Masters want to control the sharks demographics-proliferation? Nahh, just Austerian obsessive bollocks..

When the state without its own controlled currency and already this concept is mind blowing, or something so dumb one can not think possible, but that is the situation, the no currency State is operating on a MORTGAGE BASIS, covering expenses by mortgaging the inner wealth, or just selling off any asset to cover the debt.One may ask why the Financial sharks and the Masters are not cashing in the Italy Mortgage in whole, because Italy debt is 135% of the GDP and they could cash almost half of Italy?
Well, nobody is so stupid to cash in Italy because it is a Debt Milking Cow.The plan is just more hard milking. The Mortgage is partly cashed only to prop up the debt pyramid and that is why there is a Debt/GDP Ratio – a relative equation on which the cow is able to be milked.

That Italian government is poorly bluffing shows the number of the deficit-2.4% for one year. And the manipulative bluffing use of the word Citizen Income, when it is only an unemployment benefit and much in line with the German Mini Job Ideology, ha, sounds like Karl Marx and his german ideology!?, for fun…The same goes for minor tax cuts on one side and lost tax relief on the other, some say the overall taxation will rise and that is another austerity measure in disguise under the tons of bluffing terms and enunciations..

The only way out in such a mess for Italy, keeping in mind the local peasants urge for the euro, even if they already have lost 25% macro value on it and lost even more in jobs and standard of living, not to mention they do not laugh any more and look very gloomy seen day by day, was and is a parallel – alongside currency .

And WD will show how the MMT starts to be a useful tool for the Oligarchy. SPACE TIME is the Universe thermal component

The thermal component is the Space/Time.The irreversible thermal entropy function.Not only time, but space/time.Thermal density or whatever connected to temperature is the space time.By being an entropic (thermal) structure, the human parasite is measuring and a measure of space/time.Not the arrow of time, the space/time. 2nd law locally and the Einstein formula are entropy thermodynamic formulas, Thermal component is a space time.
The local entropies, like the famous Einstein formula, are a “differential” between the space time thermal function and the ongoing entropic event.
Since nobody has put any definition of where what how is the space time,and since with or without singularity as a driving force all agree on the thermal component of the Universe, we can conclude, that the thermal- Tcosm- is the building brick of the Space Time which is a thermal function, and that is the result of the rubbing of the Aladdin lamp.

Water is at the same time the anti entropic substance and three (or four) states are the anti entropic force. It , hmmm sounds like bollocks to keep the 2nd law for describing such behavior..and make such a fuss of it.
Shannon information entropy is convincing .Entropy is a measure of unpredictability of the state, or equivalently, of its average information content.But his is a paradox and it is anti objectivist.It is about stating ignorance as and about the initial condition.And here we are in and around the 2nd law. Admitting there is ignorance about the initial state does not lead to improving the knowledge of the state after. In the meantime, Aladdin has escaped the bottle.

The 2nd Law and the Waterloo disaster

Imagine thousand of troops marching, row on row, same pass, same distance between them, same direction same pointing, same spin…
This, in 2nd law of thermodynamics is the initial condition and the zero entropy state. The highest Order. This united mass of soldiers (particles).
Now , they orderly approach the point of disaster. The battle Disorder

The 2nd law is the facto irreversible.As Karl Popper puts it, if you empty a bottle full of air in a vacuum, the air escapes and only a math probability of lunacy predicts the return of the air molecules back in the bottle. So, It is Not the Aladdin Lamp.
But, we are always in the paradox and the behavior of the water , the source of life and all,water is a strange case of Three States, apparently entropic but with states which are reversible in a real sense and anti entropic at the end.
We may conclude that 2nd law, is not a law present in all of the work of phenomena.very local, indeed.

The notion of order and disorder and the 2 nd law is cleverly bypassed in the Quantum mechanics. The initial orderly marching lunatic idiot troops at Waterloo are disregarded as a possible initial conditions of zero entropy, here is only the battle Disorder left and here the wave function of the soldiers involved at the battle field, probability matrix , entanglement , superposition and the non locality as a result are a norm.The claim is that the initial order of marching troops is out of the picture and is not known, the only possible is the wave function, speed yes, position no, or viceversa.

Black Hole or just a sink hole or it sinks and spits?

The latest Ice Cube findings about the neutrino emission from a black hole show that a hole is not a sink hole with a singularity, and so the singularity on the “bottom “ is missing. One can not say that black hole is a giant particle accelerator and claim the above. If particles are accelerated and by almost reaching the singularity point and there seems not to be one, if not they will not spin- rotate, they are just spinned by vortex into a “fake singularity” and come out as neutrinos, we can imagine that a black hole is spinning as a particle accelerator, and that causes that a lot of theories of the black holes have gone in the sinkhole, unless we claim that there are different types of holes , but in claiming this there is no more any general law, so it is random do as you like and please black holes universe..
A Black Hole emitting “oh my god” (the name for them) strong neutrinos is a sink hole to many black hole theories. Information is destroyed and the new one comes out, the singularity core is not a singularity because it is rotating, the black hole spins and is a giant accelerator, a vortex which eats down the data and throws it out accelerated in a new form…

PS; A TALE OF THE SPACE TIME RELATIVITY

Witchdoctor was puffing and moaning uphill, sweating like a pig in this tropical, lush, entangled bush. He was trying to reach a small clearing on the mountain top, to see the Einstein relativity law in working.
He never liked tropics as a trekking destination, but there was a charm in this, if you did not get a stroke or a a heat stroke as a reward.
He puffed on the clearing top. The view, what a view! On his right there was a lush valley and in the middle there was a small village, full of locals.They were cooking big pots with the captured enemies, drying human heads in smoke and heat and shrinking them for some mumbo jumbo local rites . It was a huge party of cannibals.
On the left there was a sun bathed plain, and there, shimmering , glistening in sun, a kind of huge stick. There was a writing on it; Arianne. It was getting ready for the launch.
The rocket base was busy as was the local cannibal fiesta in the valley on the right from the mountain top.The helicopters were swirling around the launch base on the far left, and the locals were dancing with the dried shrunken human heads fixed on the long sticks, dancing around the boiling pots, down in the valley on the right.

This was it! Witchdoctor was certain, This was the ultimate proof of the Einstein relativity theory!

The Rocket engines were starting , the orange boosters were glowing, and the smell of the rocket fuel was mixing with the smell of the cannibals boiling pots. Arianne shot to space from the French Guyana.

Or something like that, Wichdoctor forgot the name of the place, and time… there was a problem with his speed and position.
