Some may think that WD has gone nuts and paranoid when assigning to a lot of research in Quantum Mechanics the aim of Mind Control, thought transmission, orders transmission, disrupting of your free will,
Influencing your reasoning (if any) making you a jerk or a vegetable, to sum it up, making a scrambled egg of your Mind.Thought control and all the contour.
This may all seem paranoia but do not worry, the Evil Spirits Network is working on in it and the probability of such event is very high on the probability index.Certain, as all such events in the history of the human parasite.
Lets start explaining;
The subjectivistic view, following the steps of the Bishop of Berkeley, which states that all events are in your mind and that there is nothing out there for you to know, nothing is real, except what is God out there and this will be explained by the Bishop. But in such way all in your mind solutions become that you became God.

Absolute influence of the observer and the tools by which it observes as a unitary quantum “field”. The observer is God and everything dances at his whim.
Partial influence of the observer which by measurement defines and it is defined by the result.
No influence, just collapse of the wave function as claimed by Witchdoctor.Preservation of the free will, as in Information Philosopher (or similar)
Any way, We All Know, that even the “wrong” theory can give practical results ( the Atomic bomb based on wrong Rutherford elements theory) and so, the Evil Spirits Network is working on a system of the quantum transmission and its use.Shoving monies in it.
If we add to this “observer power” the question of Consciousness , which seems to abide to Quantum Rules (3 rules by Lande), and that the Mind is a quantum state, then we can conclude that influencing the Consciousness by quantum interactions is there on the table and that the Consciousness can be manipulated in a Scrambled Egg. They are working on it, it is not near, there is Witchdoctor Cat preventing the easiness of it, and alas the everything is entangled does not help in constructing a definite state vector for the direct scrambling of your egg.
But they can start bombarding you with different quantum field energies just to make some quantum noise and scramble you up, or similar.
So, to sum it up, there is the role of the observer, which means any (military), and the fact that your mind can be accessed by a quantum wave packet by a type of transmission….
