So, the notion of Who Deserves What and for What reasons was already done here , but WD will spiral it again from the everlasting light through the prism which constitutes the debt driven economy voluntary serfdom.
Dear readers, did you remember the FuckabilityIndex rating, invented by our guy, Gary Shteyngart? Well, it is currently in place in China, for marriage purposes, where all wealth, looks, class, property algorithms makes people chose who to marry and fixes the outcome… It is mostly self made, and different from the Official China State Fuckability Index which concerns the rating you have while being a diligent member of the Voluntary Servitude.
The Fuckability index, at least in the European Union is currently practiced in politicks. It is based on a simple algo; who has to Fuck Off. Meaning, which group or individuals are disturbing and have to fuck off, like migrants dopers smokers weirdos or whatever one invents as a social target.
And here we are: WHO DESERVES WHAT AND FOR WHAT REASONS. The Basic Pillar on which the citizens practicing Voluntary Serfdom in The EU are getting polarized and which polarization on the fuck off basis make the EU politics. OK, that is even better constructed in the demented USA brain dead system.
This WHO DESERVES WHAT AND FOR WHAT REASONS works the best when the system is short of mass delivering the satisfaction, i.e. when the AUSTERITY IS the living modus of Voluntary Servitude.
The Serfs start to look around and try to find a local serf membre, a group as a Culprit for their bad sleeping or junk eating or whatever they are witnessing on thie skins, like being paid shit,workin making shit, having a shit life perspective, having a shit pension and having a double shit health system even if the pay for it.

Now, lets take some examples, simplified but true:
Migrants come, mostly young men ad they make a sort of a mess being pushed around. So, the native serfs say, get them out of here, fuck off. I do not want to give them welfare out of my taxes.
That is logical, but in the AUSTERITY MODE where all is paid by taxes and with State deficit- debt rising has to be reduced into further serfdom of the common people , the serfs always forget that the real Money Magic Tree is meantime producing Hundreds of Trillions of wealth for their Masters of servitude. So, the fuck off is definitely wrongly directed.
This people, migrants need education and housing. Fuck them off, we do not have already nor the affordable housing, no free education or good wages for ourselves.
Well, in fact it is true. But the answer is housing for all, free education for all and good wages for all. BUT, The Voluntary Serfs do not believe in this solutions, they are completely BRAINWASHED BY THE CARGO ECONOMIC CULT OF AUSTERITY AND LIMITED MEANS. So all groups within the voluntary serfdom are polarizing against each other on the famous basics of WHO DESERVES WHAT AND FOR WHAT REASONS. Dear reader, you can fill the list of who is deserving what and for what reasons by yourself.- If you are a evangelical believing in the prosperity gospel, you know the answer, If you are a white male, you know, if you are black drug dealer, you know, if you are a LGBT, you know. And this is how the party starts. Who is going to fuck off as the incredible solution to all.
Even that the answer-making it livable and viable for all by investing in it- is making the business jobs and wages growth, the serfs do not believe it, as their masters told them this is new debt and debt is BAD: just like that.
Even the OVERLORDS know that they deserve more! They also know the reasons they have to have it. So, the easiest way to get more is to unchain the dogs and scatter the serfs and make them fight each other for the escape route.
AS For WHAT REASONS, THE SYSTEM MAKES THE Fuckability Index Of what reasons, The church does and all do.
SO, in the Voluntary Serfdom, where the Austerity is the rule and the vacuum cleaner cleans the trillions of profit to the Deserved Ones, the serfs know as they are led and made to believe that there is no free lunch, no fiat magic tree, the cake is limited and is shrinking day by day. They have to live within their means and they exactly do not know what this means are this, but they have been told that streets are not paved with gold. And the HUNT FOR THE Culprit who is profiting from their deserved reasons starts to unravel.
The obvious answer that this can and must be fixed for all involved segments of serfs involved is beyond belief. The Church said that heaven (if one thinks the heaven is when you live decently and do not worry for the basics) is not on Earth and what you deserve comes after.
Lets take some examples from Slovenia, where the enlightened govt made proposal that they will solve the housing crisis by prohibiting the physical persons AND NOT THE BIG REAL ESTATE COMPANIES OR RICH PEOPLE COMPANIES, that the airbnb rents will be limited for 30 days only in a year. Now, as you definitely know, the left parties were delirious by such just and equal solution. 30 days a year means that every person renting to tourists will close down his business since 30 days of preparing, advertising is not worth the cake as in 30 days you can not fill the apartment to make a profit. So, citizens who invested in this business, elderly pensioners, retired, or anyone who wants to make an extra dollar or euro by renovating an empty flat because children left even abroad or the parents died, or one bought for investment as it is legal to posses a few euros at least until today , but the Davos men, especially on the so called left side of politics suddenly found out that the private small ownership is not good, onlly the wise corporations and mega players are the right thing for the new order.
Did you get it: in Austerity mood when there are tens of thousand of flats missing , there will be no Vienna style social housing investment by the local councils or the Government, no, the cheapest way to get this flats is to prohibit de facto renting to the tourists and so the free ownership. So, by a miracle law , this owners, physical persons and not the real estate players which are free to do as they please since they are untouchable pals of the serfs in the power,will provide for the social housing the government is not wanting to do or invest in, due to some fiscal constraints by the EU TROIKA messengers of balanced budget which will make the unbalanced budget out of this mega ideas.. Or because they follow the plan of the Davos Man which is ; “ you will own nothing”.
Well, never mind even Yanis Varufakis proposed this utter bollocks for Greece and see how he got elected for a nowhere mp, and how the far right govt won and made not one social flat for the people in need.
Now, this flats will never be back on the market if not in some very small numbers. All this super furnished flats will never go for social renting for one simple reason; in Slovenia, if something goes broke in the apartment for rent, by law, like the toilet flush used every day by the renter, or a fridge or whatever, is a duty of the owner to get it repaired . So. Who will fill the flat with all fancy appliances which the social renter will break sooner or later and then the owner will have to repair: nobody. By by Nespresso and George Clooney, who else.
If one counts the collateral of restaurants and jobs linked to this industry, the austerity move to force people to rent for social housing their property will make even more polarization and the fuck off index will rise even more.
But they will put new taxes on the property, for social reasons of equality, in this case on 70% of Slovenians who own their house and for some far fetched equality or budget balance they will pay even more property taxes, which will rise the rents for sure… Or they will be forced to sell to some corporation which will buy off Slovenia after the tea break.
In recent years the possibility- freedom to self build a house became so tightly regulated that this became impossible. Once upon the time in the last centuries the Slovenians used self building with the help of the family, relatives or friends and neighbors to make their homes. This is now almost impossible. Only the required survey inspector which has to survey the works which are all regulated by a building plan might cost for doing nothing over 20.000 euros. Which is another fuckbility index of who deserves what and for what reason while in meantime the State is squandering money, the public administration is on strike from last year November, and the Doctors are on strike , for good and bad reasons all due to Govt incapacity of making the health system viable for all parties involved and the subterranean hush hush dictat from the EU Davos men technocrats which want to make all welfare to end in private hands which is in Slovenia due to so small number of population and a huge nimber of elderly impossible on any business plan, except if one wants to pay 1000 euros a month for a minimal health cover, which is impossiblle since he average pay is 1.500 euros…
The Doctors strike goes now already for six months which means yo see no doctor (or you see him if you are “lucky”) for many things you need or you pay the same doctor in private and you can not fix even simple document you need, not because you want it, but because the State and its public administration asked you that you must have it, but they are on strike!
And ten thousand of migrants come and , many places in the EU, the local authorities beat the hell out of them, send them back to retry again or send them somewhere else in the Eu and the austerity is making the shit happen and the srfs fight each other.
The Public administration has cut its work tasks in so much salami slices to keep them occupied for life to seem busy that this slicing is so monstrously huge and they can not any more fulfill all this self invented tasks for their self proliferation and self conservation drive that they finally choked in their own salami slicing machine of tasks on tasks on a mountain of papers. Now they strike because they want more money for slicing and more people to be employed to slice the salami of the squandered State and no economic policy can ever fix this without disbanding the apparatus for good.. Apparatus, which is its own end and means plus the guarantee of the Davos Man to control the serfs.
The voluntary serfdom in the EU involves the member States, too. They have to abide to the EU Oligarchy. In fact, Slovenia being a small country, it is very evident that the Sate is only a very costly charade theatrical scenery because all the tasks , budgets, spending are defined by the EU technocracy and they , the local govt, are the empty brain dead machinery which could be easily substituted by some EU Prefect or appointed accountant. Which will be Macron private MC Kinsey moment and this what is happening right now live is a plan how to privatize all possible things, be a local Sheriff and do nothing since the system is on the Davos Autopilot. The voluntary serfdom fulfillment is just one step ahead.
The Fuckability Index of the green deal
So, if ever you applied for a legal subsidy of your green investment you witnessed the Fuckability Index of this agencies where loads of mostly young employees start to ask you all impossible details of your investment , in order to deny-reject it. The voluntary serfdom of all the so called para state tertiary sector of spinoff externalized privatized agencies and stuff is mind blowing. Definitely the fuck off syndrome caught Witchdoctor, too.
The Solar power investment by a normal person, they call it a “physical person” in contrast to all this god given Davos entities which have a holy supra identity, is a scam. One invests a lot to make the green electric, normally one makes too much of it. The surplus is
A- given for free to the de facto nuclear lobby of the Electro Oligarchy world wide which wants to throw billions in next decades into the nuke power which also makes nice bombs as a collateral.
B- it gets paid per kWh a pittance when sold by a “physical person” and when bought the price is exorbitant.
Almost six months a year there is or will be a huge surplus of green solar electric kwatts. Instead of making out of this green hydrogen, store it or whatever, it is used for speculative purposes of price fixing, rigging and finance.
Witchdoctor is in favor of the simplest Galileo Galilei solution which is implemented in Switzerland: Build a high tech tower with a huge cement block sliding in it. When electric is cheap the block is moved up by electric power, when , at night or in winter, it is expansive or lacking, slide the cement block down in the tower and so make electricity! No lithium needed, no waste or recycling of rare earth materials as a collateral damage, no costly battery storage fields … Galileo Galilei classic genius approach.
The peak consumption can be regulated much better with electric gas plants which in minutes make the peak power or a stable grid. The Nuclear can not do it. It can NEVER STOP, so it makes electricity even when there is plenty which is a debt driven economy classic and also it can not be boosted from a halt for a peak grid problems… Gas plants for stabilizing the grid are the solution for a few decades of transition. They cost much, much less and are through building, life and decommissioning cycle much more carbon neutral than a nuke.
Now, before Witchdoctor gets bored to the max, lets see what was , in retrospect the real conspiracy of COVID: it was the implanting by the same masters onto the voluntary serfs the Idea that COVID did not exist. So, millions of especially elderly had died and this was a huge saving for the budget , no pensions, no health or welfare. That it was airborne which was denied by the serfs through their masters of deceit meant saving in air purifiers and a lot of measures which cost money. That COVID did not exist meant that the State masters did not need to cover the wages for the people in lock down . The conspiracy of the COVID being an invention saved a lot for the davos man. The serfs, as usual, understood freedom as slavery, and they rioted for freedom only to be exploited even more.
That the vaccine was experimental and has side effects like long COVID has is known. Nobody pays for damages either way, and that is another win of the davos man.
Next move is to wage a war. First was to eliminate as much weak and elderly by “fuckoff covid” measures, now is your turn- the young dumb. Trenches are waiting and the tactical nuclear bombs are even good for the health and may improve your night vision.
In conclusion, a very good interesting analysis of Yanis Varufakis, which is a bad politician but a good analyst and activist ( the proof of the pudding is the electoral results) , why the green deal , which was even beneficiary for the overall EU industry and jobs, was ditched by the dark deal made in the 70ies between the USA and the EU and Japan, China , Korea.. all for the exorbitant power privilege of dollar and the US bond trade and US trade deficit with EU as the buyer of bonds for in exchange of export of the manufacture to US . While the bonds were bought Wall Street got rich in Dollars from this EU corporate manufacturing profits which were dollar based and fled to the US finance markets, finance industry of the USA boomed and the real estate in the USA skyrocketed, while the EU is paying this dark deal with austerity for the serfs.

And then Ukraine happened, gas, oil skyrocketed,Eu is deindustrializing, and China got too strong and the US trade deficit and bond selling as a primary business – USA debt – is at stake of devaluation…
WHO DESERVES WHAT AND FOR WHAT REASONS
Etienne de la Boetie enumerates some , mostly idiotic reasons if one thinks rationally, by which people accept so easily the voluntary serfdom. “Habit” and “tradition” which, WD notes, make a famous “culture” or role modeling along the IQ route 66. Certainly the Church, the Patriarchy or any similar pyramid “zeitgeist” spirit of the time of the current stereotype, or religion on which the serfs are served on, helps a lot, too, and all other induced bullshit by the Rulers grip on information and the thought process and methods of deception.
But between the serfs the idea who is worth for reasons unknown to WD but clear to the srfs goes into the psycho moment of Envy . The serfs pretend to be equalitarian among them and in the shock and awe in regard of some Bezos, Musk or similar patrons, which are allowed to be what they are and what a serf can not be. From this envy syndrome we have this ideas on who deserves to rent to tourists or who deserves to be self sufficient from the corporate feed grid. In this cases, when someone takes a chance to make some bucks out of the serfdom modeling, the fuckoff moment is only a sign of envy and in close communities as is Slovenia, it means that the serfs are keeping each other in a stalemate so the equality on basis of envy is reached, and all are depressed after this imposition as it is the way life is.
The serfs envy is simple; Why he can do this if a I can not? So, if I can not, he will not be able to do it and I will do all possible to block him – and let him fuckoff.
Only the law breakers, shady or criminal who get scott free are cherished in the Balcans by the massess of serfs, since they show the spirit of how to get round, manage around, to be resourcefull against all constraints of law or ethics. Voluntary serfdom is imposed within serfs by themselves and applied to all others who legally try to stick out and make something and that is why the calvinist syndrome of fake modesty and pretending to be one of them and fake equalitarianism rules in this places.. This , in WD strong opinion , was and is the Envy syndrome understood as the equalitarian ethics and is the reason why in the east europe communism had a mass support. In fact, unbelieveble but true, there is no english word or concept to translate this attitude! And that is the moment of shock and awe when this “self made “Tycoons rise in this societies and by misappropriation and embezzlement make fortunes as in Russia Ukraine and Balcans and similar places. They are almost local heroes and they win even the elections as the serfs understand the society hierarchy as a place where the one who dares to breach laws and customs is the hero. Which means that voluntary serfdom in this mentality can be breached only by criminal acts within the same pyramid of serfdom and which prepetuate the same system of serfdom!
