The time is ripe and with terrific fun Witchdoctor announces the downgrade rating to just one notch above rubbish, outlook stable,
of the Second law of Thermodynamics.
Do not worry, you can still use it for understanding and repairing your air conditioner, for shuffling cards in Las Vegas, and for adding ice to your cocktail.
But, as a Law, the Second law of thermodynamics is downgraded to a simple rule, just one notch above rubbish, outlook stable.
The reason is so simple and obvious and it is the unbeatable one:
The Second “Law” of Thermodynamics de facto denies the existence of the Planet Earth. One can deny the obvious fact of the existence of the Planet Earth as a “model” as much as one likes, but then he is denying that he is the result and able to live, as a Human Parasite, of it and in it and even write the second Law of Thermodynamics.
By the Second “Law” of the thermodynamics, all around us (funny, except the “Us”) should be a traveling mass of some bare rocks wandering aimlessly, the energy long time gone somewhere. Nor the juggling and trickery of the Time Arrow can be of any use.The statistic probability of the point in time of the observer, or any exception time wise is just a vested ignorance in the form of the same probability calculus. Nor the Time Arrow can do any good, since Time and Space are a binded originated continuum.The best one can do is to peek in the space /time “tunnel” and seeing some light at the end (optimistic sod), conclude something about the Big Bang and the”tunnel” expanding.The continuum may look like a tunnel or not, depending on the speed you have. On top of it, we have a problem between the visible matter, dark matter and the black hole and what function has any of this in the space time continuum. Is the visible matter the result of the entropy or it is the dark matter?And what about the black hole and the analogy to the function as a timeless Id in your head? And why the picture of the dissemination of the dark matter resembles so close the picture of your brain and the amount of visible matter in your head- the thinking part- is proportionate to the visible matter? The part of your brain used is from 5 to 15 %, depending if you use it, in the first place. The other part is the dark matter, dark energy, directly in your head, and you have not a clue what it does to you.
Concluding this apparent game of mirrors or more seriously the conditioned origination, the ludicrous denial of the existence of the Planet Earth by the second rule, the Second Rule of Thermodynamics has a very useful role in explaining the doings and disasters of the Human Parasite, here , now and for ever, and this application of the Rule will finally eradicate the Planet Earth model, and we will happily live on the bare rock traveling through space , happy to be right.
So, for fun and seriously,lets use the Boltzmann curve to explain the rise and fall of the historic models of the doing of the Human parasite. WD prefers Boltzmann from Max Planck (who copied it from Boltzmann, anyway, the sod), because we won`t enter the energy/particle duality;
So there are “atoms” in the box and it is the society you live.The “atoms “ is you and your kind. You slowly get excited, as it is in your “nature”, under daily pressure,or just because you have some dark matter to deal with, and start kicking, kick, kick, kick left, kick right kick down above kickickicki kick more, ohhh, ohhh yes,the climax of kicking and slowly all drop dead. Something like Iraq, Syria and similar stuff. Or having sex.The Boltzman curve, exactly , the rise and fall distribution.
Imagine a Saloon, full of cowboys. Lazy afternoon,some stay at the bar, slowly sipping alcohol… The entropy is low, other play cards around the tables, some whores dancing, there is Doc Holliday leading the big poker game, shuffling cards, Dustin Hoffman is behind, his back turned to the wall, watching,, a little big man… The Saloon slowwly livens up, and up and up,the alcohol runs in rivers and the big fight starts. Chairs fly, people fly, bullets fly and slowly all calms down . Then, after awhile, Wyatt Earp enters the door of the saloon (this act is curious and needs further investigation). He is a clever sod, he waited for the situation to calm, and he is there to re- establish the normal life. Re-establish, another myth of the Rule, which, in a Human society always leads to a Dictatorship, re-establih something that CAN NOT BE EVEN ESTABLISHED.The Second Rule of Thermodynamics at its best, the saloon, the war outcome, the debt driven economy being the only place where it works.
So the Human Parasite, by applying the Rule, is slowly making a desert of the place and the reduction of the forces leads to the inevitable entropy. Fortunately it is a local phenomena and fortunately the Human Parasite will depart from the scene, in mass extinction.

It is the means the parasite lives on. Extracting the meaning, the profit,the debt, materials,food,etc. You are reaching limits in this extraction by which you provoke just senseless Entropy. But your greed rises, to equal the equation.
Her you go; there is no Lithium enough for the next stage of development. No electric cars and batteries for all.
the Rare Earth materials are scarce.Not enough, even without the current demographics explosion… You are condemned to burn all fossil out and chop all wood and go to oblivion..Look what is happening in Brasil over and over again, the same old Amazonia story, in other places you have chopped and extracted almost all, anyway,look through your window. How much for a kilo of air?
The Transition to something else is not possible in the debt driven economy, the time frame of the profit seeking/return ( the quarterly accounting and profit seeking will ruin you, anyway) is too short and the long time frame impossible, even prohibited in the neoliberal model like in the Eurozone, no Public Investment, no medium or long term public investment horizon allowed for the economic and tech transition, you stupid sods….. Nobody in the Private sector wants to finance something far and fetched, try and fail risk, the state entities are just night whores….
