THE PROPOSED SOLUTION
Donbass Dumbass, Luhansk, Lugansk ,Crimea , or whatever this places are called,Should become FREE PORTS TERRITORY.
Something like Hongkong 4.0, City of London, Singapore. Tax and duty free, open on both sides . Free trade zones. A sort of free trade cushion.
A board of trustees- Europe, Russia , USA, China or any alpha machos, should vouch for it and supervise it.. The Guarantees will be Ukraine and Russia. The Autonomous zone chapter will be a sort of condominium by Russia and Ukraine with veto rights each on selected commas of the chapter.. No future possible transfer or annexation to any of (both) guarantees will be allowed and will not be possible. The constitution chapter will be signed.
The rule of law- the judiciary – will be out of the hands of the local autonomous govt, which will be “freely” elected in political elections within the rules of the chapter. It will be co-governed by a third , judiciary appointed body, to be agreed upon within the constitution chapter signature. This is to prevent the complete cleptocracy taking over, as is custom in this areas. It will be based on a law , agreed, continental eu or anglosaxon. Rule of law, Governed by appointed trustees, agreed with the constituted chapter.Judges included, selected outside the local autonomy power on a merit basis. Attorneys included. Responsible for all disputes, pick pocketing included.Speaking the local lingos Let them, the locals, train to behave.
