The 3rd main course
Anyway, it is the tax day, the 3rd main course is coming. You have your tax number and there is your tax account you can reach and manage even on internet. You have to pay your Income Tax. Lets say, you owe 10.000 Euros, or 30.000 or 40.000 euros? WD wants to be human, so, it is 10.000 euros of your income tax you have to pay to the tax office, which means the State Treasury- The State Finance ministry.
Now, your State Treasury has a Public Bank. Before your deadline for paying the 10.000 Euros, the Public Bank makes an entry in your Tax Account. The tax office opens a special ledger, a box in your tax Account. The Public Bank makes a loan to You, Mickey Mouse, in the same amount of 10.000 euros which you have to pay as your income tax to the tax office which is under the Treasury and the Public Bank which is under or works for the Treasury.
Mickey Mouse, you know that Witchdoctor knows you do not want the money for free. You do not want the helicopter money, you want to suffer and because you suffer (in vain) you go to paradise. But, why say no to a loan? Mickey Mouse, you say yes to a loan, and repay the loan with the same amount, 10.000 euros of your Income Tax due ! The Public Bank accepted your Income Tax payment come due as a repayment for the same amount of loan!
Now, Mickey Mouse, listen, you have paid with your own money, the 10.000 euros. The Public bank made a loan for the same amount to you and , and now, you have paid 10.000, received as a loan 10.000 and you in fact are at zero. You paid and you received and your income tax is paid. You can sleep well.
But Mickey Mouse, WD knows you have a crucial question, a cunning one. Why the Public Bank did this, and why this money movements, when all equals and clears out as zero?

The Public Bank did the same. The money you paid back was cleared from your account as zero, no loan due anymore,, but the 10.000 euros stayed in the Bank as the BANK ASSET.
It is all real and, Mickey Mouse, if you do not believe the facts, the facts believe in you. You have maybe 5 years to start believing in the facts.
At the first glance all this money movement looks nonsensical.
BUT
Mickey Mouse, with the real loan, which you have paid back with real money for your taxes , the Public Bank has made a real asset and turned it -the asset- To the Treasury, which in this way got your 10.000 euros of income taxes.!!!
