If it is a mental disorder is not even important. It is inherent to the humans. It is transmitted to the children, they will inherit.The humans think.
The Syndrome of the Promised Land is the foundation of consciousness, the famous singularity moment Witchdoctor has already written about. It arises from acknowledging the self through difference in form of exclusion and difference. The Syndrome is of being elsewhere, always and constantly not in the unity of the cycle. The two margins, life and death, produce the elsewhere situation of displacement.
The current psychology based on the drive for pleasure and satisfaction principle are way out of tracks. As Witchdoctor will show, this satisfaction principles are much less important than the Syndrome of the Promised Land.The whole history of the human perverted monkey is the proof. The humans did it in search for the Promised Land, the Syndrome which made the dawn of humans possible and intelligible.
The founding myth is the place, “elsewhere” from which humans are “displaced”. It is the “Eden” from which we were thrown out, mind, or it is the place we want to leave.
It is Brexit, Trump, Communism,Capitalism, China, Hongkong, Russia, Eurozone…. It is somewhere over the rainbow.The Syndrome of the Promised Land was and is constantly available for the Hijacking of the leaders or organized groups of humans of the run to the promised land. The story of human Syndrome of the Promised Land starts from the mitochondrial Eve. Somewhere in Africa. It is the story of the human migration and as it is told today, is misleading or just a bad guess. The last news is the finding of a cave in Indonesia, painted by the human monkey,. They say paintings are 44.000 years old . As usual, the human migration timetable is shaky. As was shaky the story of neanderthals not being able to paint, Sapiens did it, the neanderthal and sapiens did not have sex together, the Denisov man was the russian propaganda.

The next strange and even more unbelievable thing; They, after seeing the Ice, did not come back from where they came from.
Is this a beginning of not admitting the defeat as a human condition and coming back from where they came from, or is this staying there a sign that their coming back was socially impossible? Were they being expelled by the ruling regime living in the coastal Eden? Were they criminals who were breaking the law and had to be expelled, like the British Empire expelled criminals to Australia, or how North America was colonized with mad may flowers?
The Fracture, alienation, expulsion, murder, killing and incest were the driving force of mankind. The groups who humans form are mostly autocratic, or fascist. The syndrome of the Promised Land is how humans survive mentally and geographically. If they are not killed or constrained,imprisoned to stay, the breaking of the ancient code leads to migration. As we can see, the principle of pleasure is denied by the human migration. The pleasure principle, the satisfaction is not the driving force.Migrating to icy Alaska is a sign of the Syndrome of the Promised Land and maybe after the syndrome comes the satisfaction motive..
The Next very, very interesting fact is that the Human (perverted monkey) have almost always with them the Foundation Myths of a settlement or society and they have no Migration Myths.They invent their Gods or whatever beings who made them or brought them in place, but the epic of how they came to the place, except in the Kunta Kinte American slavery situation, are always missing. There is no story of how a group came from somewhere and for what reasons this happened in ancient times.. A Complete Memory Loss as a base for the Foundation Myth! The Migration Myth, i.e, how this human group came where it came and why, is erased from the history to put in place instead a “new” Foundation Myth. If instead there was a migration myth as would have been more logical, then the Foundation Myth will be doubted and provably false since there would have been a comparison of situations and even more questions asked and the founding of a new society will be very difficult without the firm Foundation Myth..
