The Time travelers panel was searching for the trigger moment or a cascade of events which have lead to the human pilot wave of history trash to collapse in such a definitive way. After some introductory glasses of mosto,the Time Travelers panel decided first to check the context,i.e, to pin the pilot wave probabilities and so, ex post in a time warp, to define the dismal findings.

And nothing else.nobody planted a new tree or a small forest, no green deal.Not a person.
Now, imagine the goat shepherds who voluntarily stop breeding goats left in the wild to graze everything, young trees and even the pine needles, and revert to planting trees instead , go to the bank and ask for a loan to replant the lost island forest! Witchdoctor was chatting with his apartment landlady and putting the kettle of tap water on the stove to make a tea.The landlady warned him that tap water is unsafe and not for drinking or even cooking, there has been hundreds of stomach infections last year and she advised him to buy the plastic water bottles instead.
But Wd wanted to save the Planet! So he started to boil his 3 liters of water he needed for one day. The water should have boiled full force for at least 10 minutes. The apartment was getting very hot, and WD was forced to turn the air condition on. The electricity consumption was at the peak. If everybody on the island was saving the Planet in this way, the only diesel fueled electric plant existing on the island would have gone broke in systemic breakdown. You know, there was no photovoltaics on the island for producing electricity. There were hundreds of sunny days, blue skies, but no solar electric. They have 3 wind generators of which two never work, always in repair.
Witchdoctor could not buy a small solar electric plant for himself for the duration of his stay.
So he bought plastic water bottles, in fact this was more energy efficient, less carbon print than boiling the water for hours.
But there was no recycling on the island, All the plastic, glass, paper and whatever were collected in one bin and thrown somewhere. The rusty trucks for garbage collection, No recycling plant, no separate dustbins. Nothing.
The bill for garbage collection was not small. But only lack of organization, lack of any type of system for the garbage and lack of money to implement the recycling, lack of money for modern recycling plants,lack of money to make tap water safe, lack of money to plant trees,lack of money for solar electric, lack of money for wind turbines , lack of competent management since all educated have escaped the island for good,only lacking was plenty.And everybody left was squandering the rest.
Well, dear readers,believers in the personal solution of saving the planet, you try in person to save the Planet there, personally and without any money to fix the thing.

Like as if WD had an alternative to reach Italy, like renting a Malizia yacht in Monaco as Greta did for free . But they wanted to tax progressively. One flight a year 1 euro, two flight more euros, three flights much more and so on. They admitted they know exactly your movements and can tax you according to your freedom of movement. They did not offer any alternative to flying without using kerosene fuel.
They have not proposed to tax hamburgers or french fries on a progressive taxation basis, like, after having eaten three hamburgers you loose your right to child allowance.

Imagine, anything, any type of conflict of interest.Imagine their relatives and wives doing the same.
So, ex head of the secret service, now in Govt, was having aside some firms, and one was a Westinghouse consultant or representative one. See, we are talking NUCLEAR DEAL. A new nuclear plant to be built, the imbecile deal..

Before tackling any other aspect, the magnitude of investment of building a Nuclear Plant in Slovenia is more than the Slovenian budget. So, Imagine Italy , with a budget of 850 billion . Or Germany budget. Like, Germany whole general budget going to finance one Nuclear Plant. This economic disaster is the new imbecile deal. Certainly the Slovenian State and its State owned Electricity companies will issue a State guarantee for this investment in order of 25% of Slovenian GDP. If anything goes wrong, and that is the deal the Time Travelers witnessed, Sovenia will sell to some private investor the energy sector, and privatize it in order to avoid default and bankruptcy.plus some more selloffs, health system or pension scheme.. In the meantime, while building the Nuclear plant,for a decade or more, the servicing of the debt/credit for the Nuclear plant will provoke the price hike of electricity and it may and will put the Slovenian electricity price out of the market because of the too high price on the EU market of the Slo producing costs of electricity and so Slovenia will default anyway.
Why? Because the benchmark for the electricity price is already dictated by the Solar Electric. The benchmark of solar kilowatt is already at 2cents in next years.The Solar electric is the new low cost, the nuclear electric is now almost at double price . NOT counting in the cost the decommissioning, but the imbecile deal slovenians are ready to move to Mars when the decommissioning of the nuclear will kick in.
