From time to time, from Hobbes to M.arx, a sort of ceasefire, a balance of powers inside and outside of Banditism makes a sort of Armistice, Truce between the groups of Bandits, inside and outside the society. The balance of power between bandits makes the Emergence of laws to keep the status quo of the winners and keep the rule.. Laws are always written by the leading and ruling bandits. Roman Law is the best case, including the position of women within this bandit rule law.
Sometimes, after the big bandit war, a longer armistice occurs, and in this case a social democratic truce is achieved by balancing the powers between the ruling bandits and the ruled bandits, So, a new added set of rule comes in power, lets call it WELLFARE.

Through history BANDITISM, as the systemic way of civilization, had it ups and downs. Sometimes it was purely wild, sometimes was kept on a sort of leash from the counterpart bandit power.
