Any way you get the company, you make a bypass firm, pump out the assets and profits, send all offshore to another matrioska firm, put somebodys else name, mafia style, then after a while you can not pay even the interest on debt, the company goes broke, the bank goes bankrupt, the money is out and safe, the State makes a bad bank and some 5 Bn (42Bn is the GDP) goes to the bad bank which resell the bad assets at a huge discount to possibly the same people as before disguised as some other companies, all is covered by the taxpayer and by the rocketing Sovereign debt without a central bank which is also involved in an activity of giving wrong appraisal , “dynamic estimates” to the bankrupt banks and so by intention defaulting them on behalf of the EU troika which says it was only a non binding advice based on completely wrong estimates and there was no need to default, but any way they did, and this is also a Miracle and they have all Diplomatic Immunity and the documents are secret, and the State prosecutors are in a dead alley while searching the estimates and appraisal in the central bank and the politics is licking the arse to the commission and all went in smoke and This Is A New Miracle Everywhere Now.
