Well, the witness who told this story to Witchdoctor, was not sure even if it was the 10th,15th or 16th shot which, by missing, made this dominoes collapse, but he is dead sure, they are still there piling paper promises on a huge pile on the Table of the Fractional Reserve Saloon and counting, counting, till the judgement day.
Ps; for those who do not get the number of the beast and the 16th. The 16th is the  missing payment of the credit which burned the Capital reserve requirement- 100 divided by 15 is 6,66, the fractional reserve bank has to have to “function”.
